Stayed May 28, 2026Room was clean, but clearly had years of smokers in it. Reeked of cigarettes. Didn't stay, left immediately. Appeared clean, and good layout with lots of amenities. Wished it could have worked out. Owner was very responsive. Easy check-in.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The apartment was very cozy and quiet. The outlay was nice and very clean. The location was close to alot of the places I wanted to see. Communication was very good with the host Angel. I would definitely recommend and stay there again Wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Nice little apartment that fit our needs prefect for going to a concert in Clear Lake. My suggestion would be to do a little cleaning in the entrance and hallway to make a better first impression. Also a hair dryer would be nice.

Stayed May 28, 2025I always like staying here. My only complaint is that it smelled of old cooking oder. It may have been closed up for a while so no fresh air was available or it may have been coming from one of the other units. This is the first time I have ever noticed an unpleasant odor.Otherwise all was great.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024It's a cute apartment in a cute neighborhood. I work nights at the hospital and have no problem getting sleep here. Plus, it's only 5 minutes from the hospital. Angel is always very accommodating and responsive.
