Stayed Mar 24, 2023Very nice accommidations. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks, the shower was spaceous with a hose shower head and there was even a small air fryer to cook with. All of this on the end of a quiet culdesac with ample parking. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The place is cute and in a safe neighborhood. It is very convenient to the airport. It seems that it is managed by a third party company. The turnaround time on their communication is terrible. I sent a question prior to my trip and it took three days to get an answer/nonanswer. I sent a question about something going on during our stay and I have yet to hear back. The place never really got dark for a good nights sleep. There were lights from the A/C unit, the clock on the stove, and the light from the barn behind the unit came in through the window of the door to the unit. It would have been beneficial to have just a small table to be able to have a quick breakfast before we left in the morning. We balanced our plates on our laps as we sat on the edge of the bed. There really aren’t any kitchen supplies. It would be helpful to have simple things like a paring knife or kitchen scissors. The coffee supplies were incomplete—no sweetener or sugar to be had. As I was digging around the cabinets to look for sugar I found a bottle of rancid oil and expired spices. The place has SO much potential. I think different management would make someone’s stay here ideal. I would still much rather have stayed here than a hotel.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024I don’t have an impression on the physical property. They canceled just a few weeks before my stay on one of the busiest weekends in Lubbock.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023I booked this room pretty close to when we would be in Lubbock, so the fact it was open for a game weekend was shocking! The stay was wonderful and we had no issues or complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location: It was quite relaxing to come back to such a quiet spot. It is located on the end of a cul-de-sac and has a wide driveway. Comfort: The bed was very nice. I have had back problems and three nights on it felt really good. The sheets and blankets were soft and clean. Shower was spacious with a movable hose shower head and had dispensers for shampoo and soap. There were ample clean towels and washcloths. Amenities: There were some complementary snacks and and air fryer on the counter. I got some steaks at the grocery store and they cooked up very nicely in there. This can save you some money on food if your traveling here. The TV has all the streaming apps so you can plugin your netflix and relax while you wind down for the night. Both nightstands had chargers for mobile phones with wireless charging capability. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommend over the local hotels.

Stayed Nov 26, 2022It may be off the beaten path to Texas Tech, but it was the perfect retreat after a long drive. It’s designed for comfort and relaxation for small family or with a friend. I will be back if available! Thank you!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022We were in town visiting some family that had just moved to the area and stumbled upon this property by chance. I was in the process of booking a hotel when I decided to just check VRBO and see if they had anything better. Well they did!! This location was perfect for us because it was 5 minutes from where our family was and 10-15 mins within food and shopping. The studio is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and was absolutely beautiful!! There was so much thought put into this place. Casey, our host, literally thought of everything from snacks, water in the fridge, phone charger, soap/ shampoo in the shower, access to a washer and dryer, etc. You name it… they had it! We were so comfortable and will be booking there again when we come back to visit. Thank you again for everything Casey!
