The good: The flat is well located and has an elevator that will fit your bags and bikes, it's got great light and views and the kitchen is massive and well stocked.The bad: The check in process is cumbersome to say the least and is located at the Rimarent office 20 min by foot from the flat. If you've hired a van from BCN they will drop you at ONE LOCATION. So you're dragging your bags or leaving your partner at a nearby coffee shop (I recommend La Comuna) in order to get the keys. Also, the front door lock to the building was broken when we checked in.The Ugly: The bed is located in a loft and if you're taller than 170cm you're constantly in danger of slamming your head into a steel beam. The stairs to the loft are treacherous and the bed is uncomfortable. Honestly, I feel three stars are generous, I can't recommend. :(
