Apartments Lobet - Costa Brava-Girona

In the classic Catalan village house “Casa Lobet” you will find 4 lovely, independent holiday apartments (more or less identical) with 3 bedrooms in each one and a lovely large shared indoor and outdoor area.

Here you will find 100 m2 Patio, 450 m2 garden and children area, 100 m2 covered balconies and 50m2 covered garden. On the ground floor is also an indoor and heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi. In Catalonia it is common that all small villages have a “Village swimming pool”, also her, where it is situated 250 meters from the house. The 2011-price was 3€/half day and 5€/full day. Additionally, the beach is only 15-20 minutes drive away, so there is plenty of possibilities to have a dip.

Each apartment has 2 double rooms and a single room with room for 5 people and all have air-condition. There are two apartments on the first floor and two apartments on the 2nd floor. Each floor shares a large covered terrace. The apartments have a opened fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with satellite TV as well as a roomy bathroom. The large ground floor is a shared area and so is the lovely garden. There are some bicycles free of charge.

'Casa Lobet' is a beautiful and fully restored Catalan village house, situated in the old quarter of the village. It used to be “the grocers store” of the small village, and in the house you will find black and white pictures going 80-90 years back showing the work at the grocer. Some of the old parts have been restored – such as the old oven and the wine cask – so it is now part of the decoration of the house, which makes it very charming and one can’t stop looking at the old photo’s which is decorating the large shared area in the house.

The village is a small and peaceful with a few restaurants and a few shops. It has 500 inhabitans and is situated in the Alt Empordá region. It is just 13 km. from the French border, 15 km. from the great city Figueres with the museum “Teatre Dalí”, 25 km. from the sea and just 10 km. to the Pyrenees. Here you are right in the middle of everything which brings out the best possibilities for many great holiday experiences.
