Regent Place is a pretty 2 bedroom colonies apartment sleeping up to 4 guests, situated just off London Road. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the east end of the Royal Mile or 20 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street. The area offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants and Holyrood park is on your doorstep. For guests wishing to travel further afield, there are very good bus links available from London Road.
The main door apartment is located on the ground floor of the property and is accessed through a private garden with a bench where guests can relax in the summer months. A small bright hall way leads you through to a pretty living dining room on your right. The room is simply furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (for flexibility of sleeping arrangements) and two pretty arm chairs arranged around an attractive fireplace. A small dining table provides seating for 4 people and there is a TV and free wifi for the use of visitors.
A door from the living room leads through to a small internal kitchen which is well equipped with a gas hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and there is plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware provided for guests wishing to prepare food in the apartment. A Victorian-style airer provides drying space.
The main bedroom is furnished with a pretty double bed, bedside table and lamp, there is a small bench under the window over looking a garden area a long mirror and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds and a long mirror and wardrobe.
A shower room with drencher, toilet and wash hand basin completes the accommodation.

    Clean and well stocked. Comfortable. Located on bus routes and near the grocery store. The deck needs repair. The kitchen’s lower over would not ignite, we had to manually light it. We were comfortable and felt safe.

    It was a beautiful apartment that had all we wanted. The location was perfect for us, we reached everything we wanted per foot and thanks to the surrounding bakeries and shops we had fresh breakfast every day.

    Had a great stay at this flat - good location and had everything we needed. A little tricky to find as the apartments for the street are on two different streets. A neighbor helped us out.

    This was such a cute place to stay & we loved every second of it! We were within walking distance to nearly all the tourists attractions & We couldn’t believe how quiet it was as well! Hope to stay here again in the future.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Leith. The house had everything we needed (except maybe a washing machine) and we loved greeting the neighbourhood cats as we came and left each day.
