Recently Renovated Riverside Sanctuary set in 5 Acres With 14 Meter Heated Pool

Really nice apartment in a quiet area with a great swimming pool. Lovely village centre 10min walk away, Dijon 1hr away for bigger town trips

We had an amazing time here. The host was responsive ahead of and during our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped - nothing was overlooked. We virtually had the pool to ourselves for the whole week (mid August). The location was gorgeous, quiet and just far enough from the town centre to be peaceful but close enough to walk in and buy fresh bread and pastries every morning. The town itself was very quaint with lots to explore on foot, but with a good-sized supermarket a short drive away. The only issues we had were related to the opening times of restaurants - it’s easy to get caught out if you’re expecting to just walk in without a booking, but that’s easily sorted with some planning ahead and not the fault of the property. All in all we had a great time. Missing it already!

I definitely recommend the apartment, very well equipped, clean, very easy access and transport, the town is beautiful, the view from the apartment is excellent, the apartment's entrance is also very nice, the possibility of using the swimming pool

We were really happy here, one week of beautiful in one of the most picturesque places we have ever stayed. The property was comfortable and well equipped. Note, no TV and a a set of tongs and salad serving utensils would have been handy as we cooked in the otherwise well equipped kitchen most evenings. Being on the ground floor, the floor was cool which was helpful due to the warm weather as the apartment stayed cool so we returned to a comfortable environment each day. The outdoor area has a lovely view however it is on the common driveway so all neighbours pass by when parking. We had no issues with any neighbours, the Moulin is tucked away so only people with legitimate access will be around the common areas. A lovely stroll in any direction from Le Moulin to the centre ville and as we had a car we explored many villages close by and lunched most days at very good quality bistro’s and Brasseries. The online pictures do give an impression that the place is larger than it actually is however it is still very comfortable for four adults as the two bathrooms helped make our stay that bit more accomodating. Liza was responsive and very helpful.

Comfortable five star apartment along the Riverside. Splendid vue on the mediëval town of Semur. Excellent starting point for visits to the North and South Bourgogne.

Beautiful apartment, there should be done more gardening, you cant see the river anymore.

This is wonderful ground floor apartment in an old mill. It is beautifully furnished. The grounds are lovely and spacious and our children loved running around in the woods up the hill and playing in the pool. Also, seeing the herons in the weir. The town is lovely with all the amenities you could require. Burgundy also has a great deal to offer. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. No rowdy crowds of tourists here. We loved visiting Dijon, the Abbey and Alesia Roman site. The internet was also extremely fast.

Very nice apartment that was beautiful equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all equipment you can think of.

Great place to stay in a beautiful town. Top class restaurant just 400 yards from the house.
