We recently renovated this 1200 square foot, walk-up 3rd Floor, 3 bedroom 2 Bath apartment located in downtown Bar Harbor. Private off street parking and minutes walk to bakery, restaurants, shops, bike rental, grocery and natural foods store. We are one block from historic West Street featuring some of the Bar Harbors oldest and largest seaside cottages as well as the famous tidal sand bar, which allows tidal access to Acadia's Bar Island. We are a two minute drive to Acadia National Park

Stayed Apr 22, 2026Honestly it was fine, but it is more suitable for spring breakers. We older ladies are more comfortable with nicer amenities. Thomas is great with communication and the property is perfectly located. We were in walking distance to every thing in town and well located to visit the park.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Great location! Very convenient for town and Acadia. Comfortable beds. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms were very dirty. The two towel bars in the secondary bathroom are broken. No recycling bins were present even though recycling was requested. The blinds in the secondary king bedroom aren’t able to be moved up and down. Cleaning instructions request guests to start a load of towels upon checkout but we had to buy our own detergent to do so. The owner should provide detergent if that is what is required of their guests. A mirror in each bedroom would be nice. Towels were stained even though clean. Recommend hooks and shelves and more towel racks in bathrooms to keep toiletries off the floor and organized. Overall a very nice apartment but lacking in attention to the details.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025This property is as described. We were in Bar Harbor when it was incredibly warm and the AC is very nice. Great location as it is within walking distance of downtown Bar Harbor and thus there is no need to hassle with parking anywhere in town. The owner is also super responsive for any issues that arise.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024The condo was very clean, with plenty of space for 4 adults, Washer and dryer were nice to have. Great location for walking to downtown Bar Harbor which had lots of great restaurants and shops.
