    We had a fantastic stay. The communication from the management team was clear and check in was smooth. The condo was impeccably clean. The rooms feel very spacious. It's in a great location, easily walkable to Canal Street and and Bourbon Street. We would definitely stay there again!

    Beautiful and secure. Short walk to attractions. Very well appointed with toiletries and kitchen items. High end furnishings. Bed was firm but comfortable. I would bring ear plugs next time. Every now and then loud vehicles come by. Other than that it's quiet.

    Great location within walking distance of the convention center, river walk, and the French District. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The place was perfect with an awesome kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony each night before going out to dinner. Very relaxing.

    Nice property, convenient location, super nice staff. Sizeable bedrooms, kitchen, etc. Comfy beds. Kitchen has all you need. And there were other nice touches like coffee, some snacks, etc. Finding the primary entry door day 1 was the only small challenge we had. Just follow St Peter’s down a little past the restaurant to the keypad.

    I truly enjoyed my stay. I was in town for the Shriners convention, and this location was very close to the convention center and whenever I had a question about something I received a very quick response. Good thing about it is although I did reserve a garage parking spot, parking in the front is free between the hours of 7 PM and 8 AM through Saturday and free all day on Sunday which was perfect because my meeting started at 8 AM. I do not know if they have other locations in other cities but I would definitely stay with them anywhere I go and most definitely if I’m back in New Orleans I will most definitely come back to this location.

    This property was absolutely ideal (offering even more than was promised)! It is located close to just about everything you'd want to experience in New Orleans. Fine restaurants abound in this safe and appealing neighborhood and countless museums and art houses are nearby. The apartment itself is flawless -- beautifully furnished, large rooms, and well-appointed (coffee, drinks, dishes, utensils, etc.). It was also stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths (my personal pet peeve with other units) and was spotless. The balcony overlooking the street was a bonus, as well as the large televisions in every main room. On the few occasions when we had to contact management, their response was immediate and always helpful. We will very definitely stay here on our next visit to this magical city. It was easily the best among the many places we have stayed in the past.

    The Magnolia was awesome. It was beautiful and spacious on the inside. Great location, not too close to the action but not too far either. The only negative and has nothing to do with the space or management but the 4:30 wake up by the sanitation department emptying the dumpster which was right below us was not enjoyable considering we were out late the night before at Bourbon. Would definitely stay there again and need more time to actually enjoy the space.

    I cannot say enough about the unit itself. It is spacious and nicely equipped. The building itself is conveniently located and comes with some nice extras The only downside to our stay was the 4:00 am garbage pickup. When they dump the garbage Shute in the building, it can be jarring.

    The property is just as it’s shown and the amenities are top-notch. The location is in a residential area and has plenty of good dining options. It is a quick walk to the Riverfront, parade routes, and the French Quarter. We can’t wait to come back!

    My family and I had an exceptional stay! The unit was exactly as described and the check in was easy. Just know that this is in the heart of New Orleans so you will hear the night time festivities if you stay on a weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

    We loved staying in the Magnolia. The balcony was so nice to sit and relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The two separate beds in the second room was great for our two daughters. Clean and well stocked. We will book this unit again.

    Beautiful, well appointed condo with many nice extra touches, such as welcome snacks, drinks, and toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen and glassware items. Lovely balconies. Quiet except for the garbage trucks in the early mornings, outside! Beautifully furnished & decorated; however, seating in the living room is very uncomfortable— couches are very hard, with no back support. Not great for older renters like we all were! Overall, great service, great condo!!
