There is plenty of light and in the large bath you will unwind after a beautiful day in the Austrian mountains<br>In winter you are spoilt for choice, the skiing areas Kitzbühel-Kirchberg and Bramberg-Neukirchen are both about 5 minutes by car from the house.

Also in summer there is plenty to do, from the house you can explore the area on foot or by bike
