This fully renovated one bedroom apartment is located in a city recognized historic building in the Benton Park neighborhood. The space is quiet, comfortable, and well suited for longer stays, with many guests choosing to return. A short drive from Soulard, Busch Stadium, and short walk to AB Brewery, Gus' Pretzels, and Cherokee Street. 5 to 10 minute drive to downtown.
The apartment sits on DeMenil Place, a mature, tree lined residential street known for its historic architecture and calm neighborhood feel. You would be staying on a street affectionally known by the locals as Mansion Row. Known for the Historicly protected landmarks on the street that were once owned by the movers and shakers of the 1800s. Today, you can walk to places like Guss’s Pretzels, the Mud House, and Sydney Street Cafe.
Guests enjoy a private entrance and exclusive use of the apartment, including a full kitchen, in unit laundry, dedicated workspace, private balcony, and a Roku TV that allows you to stream your own apps.

Street parking is generally available. Please note that street sweeping occurs on the 3rd Friday of each month, and parking restrictions are enforced during those hours. We recommend using Utah Street or nearby unrestricted areas on those days to avoid tickets.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies. Any evidence of smoking, including odors, may result in additional cleaning charges.

The pet fee covers routine cleaning associated with pet-friendly stays. A refundable pet deposit of $250 will be requested prior to check-in.
If a pet results in excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover, additional charges may be requested. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Odors requiring treatment
• Mud, stains, or damage to surfaces
Guests are asked to be mindful of furniture, bedding, and overall cleanliness during their stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture unless fully covered.
