Just east of downtown Eugene we are located 15 min. to the University of Oregon and Downtown. Lots of Hiking and Biking trails. 90 min to the coast or mountain skiing. 2 hours to the Bend/Sun River area.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024This was the perfect property for our quick visit to our OU student. Only 15 minutes from campus, we found great spots to eat nearby and found everything we needed on site. Thank you for the hospitality!

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We had a very nice stay last week. Communication with owners was great. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to most things. It’s about a 15 minute drive to U of O so pretty close in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023We enjoyed our stay. We were prepared that it wasn't close to U of O but still close enough. Wasn't aware by the listing that it was an apartment attached to a house, but it was all good. A larger garbage can maybe outside would help with the check out.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022We didn’t realize the property is 15-20 minutes from UO, which was not ideal for us. But the accommodations were nice, in a quiet neighborhood. Several hiking options within a short drive. The homeowners responded well when we had a blown fuse issue. Overall a decent stay.
