Guest Access:
Self check-in: Complete check-in instructions and access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.

Interaction with guest:
We respect your privacy, so we won’t be meeting in person. However, you can message us through VRBO anytime during your stay, and we’ll be happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Other details to note:

Please note that there are other guests staying in the property, so we ask that you be respectful of each other. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment

Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property, including shared areas such as around the pool and the tiki hut. If smoking is detected, we may terminate the stay and issue a $500 fine.

PET FEE:
Maximum of 2 pets allowed for max 25lbs each. Will charge $50 per pet per day

Pool and Tiki Hut:
The pool and tiki hut are shared with guests from other units. However, it’s rare for everyone to use the area at the same time, so there’s usually plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.

Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F. If you’d like it heated further, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small daily fee. Thank you!
