Stayed Aug 31, 2025Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms and beds are huge and comfortable. The apartment was clean. How cleaning solution was overpowering, had to open windows to vent the property. Apartments come with 2 parking spots, but in the back can be a bit challenging to get in and out if anything larger than a sedan. I would stay there again. I didn’t take any pictures.

Stayed May 30, 2025The communication with the host was great! She answered me back right away when I had any question. Condo was small yet very clean! Comfortable beds! Had to cross a busy road to walk to the beach. Not ideal but we managed ok. The charcoal grill was in bad shape. We didn’t even use it. Cigarette butts in it and was overly used.

Stayed Apr 22, 2024I took my mom to Jacksonville for her 60th birthday and we booked this property. Before the trip, the host was very responsive to questions I asked and was very accommodating. She had everything you would need during your stay. The house was well kept, cute, and comfortable. We took a wagon with us to haul things to the beach and it was a very quick walk over to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again if we return to Jacksonville!
