Stayed Jul 6, 2025Excellent property and amazing host. Couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the beach...just 2 blocks away. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Abby is a VERY responsive host. I reached out about a few minor things, and she was more than willing to come and rectify immediately if needed. If we come back to Jacksonville, I would love to stay at this property again.

Such a cute, clean, & quiet place to stay. I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend & would stay again in the future.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025My friends and I stayed for three nights and while the place was on the small side, everyone enjoyed it. Pros: it appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well equipped and even provided basic toiletries, which was nice. It appeared to be very clean. The two king beds were very firm. Cons: I slept in the front bedroom. The window is covered by blinds and they let in the streetlight and road noise which made sleeping difficult. The back bedroom also just had blinds, so got very bright in the morning. Some noise-reducing black-out curtains would be beneficial. Also, while the listing indicates the unit is 3 blocks from the beach, I didn’t realize that one of those blocks included a very busy major road. We drove and parked easily at a public access (on Monday) but I don’t know that we would have found it easy to do on a weekend. The last night we opened a bottle of bubbles and found the wine glasses on the top shelf of a very tall cabinet- so had to drink it out of tumblers. Maybe there was a step stool but we couldn’t find it. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.
