Private Studio with Pool Access near Springs

The Wine Cottage was perfect in every way. It was very clean and cute and had everything we needed.

I’ve always rented an entire home and this rental was attached to the home but it did not disappoint. The landscaping was beautiful and check in was simple. The room itself was quaint and comfortable. The little extras provided such as q-tips and books were nice. The bed was super comfy and the extra AC unit was much appreciated. The shower water was nice and hot. I loved the sliding glass door providing natural sunlight and full body mirror. Being able to hang up my clothes while staying there was a major plus as well. Very clean and smelled good. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I did not see or hear the property owners giving me the privacy and exclusivity I would normally get from renting an entire home. I would definitely recommend and look for this listing if I ever come back to the area. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool only because of time constraints on my end. But it was clean and well taken care of.

Nice location with easy check-in/check-out process. Was equipped with basic amenities like soap, dishes, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Did like the full size refrigerator. Was not as clean as some people may like. Reason for rating is because we found an open condom wrapper under the bed that our 5-year old could have easily found and grabbed. There was also an earring that we almost stepped on. Would not have been good if it went into someone’s foot. Host did know a child was coming so my partner and I feel that it should have been better cleaned/checked as this could have been an easy thing to prevent.

Easy communication for getting into the property which made our arrival super easy after a long day of travel. The extra pillows and linens was very well thought out. Super clean property. If/when we return to the Spring Hill area will definitely see if this property is available.

Space was clean, quite and had nice touches, we loved it!

Quiet neighborhood , has everything needed to cook meals for a couple people. Very Cozy. We will be back
