Private Pool Studio in Ft Lauderdale, walk to Wilton Dr, Pet & Adult-Friendly

Nice studio apartment and the neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The host Joe was friendly and accommodating, and his two dogs are adorable.

This was the perfect place for me to stay during my visit to Fort Lauderdale to see my daughter. I was five minutes away from her, and close to virtually everything we needed- grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. I needed to work remotely while there, and the wifi and desk were perfect. I used the outdoor pool numerous times, and it was private and absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is perfect for staying in Ft Lauderdale. It is clean with a pool area to escape to and relax. The host is also a pleasure to work with. Providing all that promised in the description online.Would stay there in the future agin.

This studio apartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was not too small and cramped, like some studios; it was just the right size. It was also quiet.The bed was very comfortable, too. The water in the shower got nice and warm. The refrigerator is a good size, not one of those little cubes. There is also a freezer and a small cook top. There is a closet for your bags. The A/C worked very nicely too. The beautifully kept grounds/backyard are private, with gorgeous palms and bougainvillea. The host, Joseph, is quite personable and friendly and available if needed, but is pretty much out of sight to give you your privacy and freedom. The pool is refreshing and well maintained. This property's location is close to Wilton Manors, shopping, restaurants and bars. The beach is a short drive away.

Joe's place was fantastic, very clean, ample for 1 or 2 people. The pool and back garden area was a real bonus and so peaceful to relax in. He has thought of everything you may need and some to enjoy your stay. A really nice guy just a message away and nothing is to much trouble. There is off road parking to which is handy. Would I stay here again ? - definitely. Thanks Joe you and your place were brilliant.

Great location, quiet area and nice clean unit. The apartment was on the side of the house so you had your own private entrance. I was a solo traveler and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it had everything I needed. Joe the host was friendly and accommodating.

Joseph was very welcoming and responsive to my endless questions prior to arriving. He graciously answered each of them which allowed me to feel comfortable booking his place for an entire month. I arrived after the review that mentioned they had itchy spots. However they were out of the apartment for one day and THEN received the spots? Seems odd. Anyways, neither myself nor my pooch had any issues with bed bugs or itching - so I don't feel this was a valid criticism of his place. The backyard was lovely and I enjoyed it each and every day. Walking around the neighborhood was great, and was in close driving proximity to the beach and lots of great Ft. Lauderdale food spots, attractions and golf courses. Would not hesitate to book again, after calling Joseph's place home for a month.

We arrived to a decently easy check in process. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly upon arrival and the television did not have the correct remote to be able to use streaming applications that were mentioned in the ad. We were there for one night and were gone for the next night because we planned it. When we came back my partner and I both started noticing itchy spots. Mine on my arms and hers on her feet/legs. We left the stay early because they were just getting worse the longer we were there.The owner tried to blame this on our dog having fleas, but she is flea free and has NEVER HAD FLEAS, she is on a monthly preventive medication for fleas. His dogs were loose in the yard and the bigger of the two was ALWAYS right outside the door when we took our dog out. This was VERY uncomfortable because he would NOT leave our dog alone. Finally, the photos and description of this property were VERY misleading in making it look bigger and nicer than it actually was. This is NOT a property I would even want my worst enemy staying at, and I DO NOT recommend that anyone else ever stay here. The owner knows nothing about actually maintaining the property and no matter what he says, there are some type of bugs in that “studio” that caused our early exit.

This worked out nicely for a place to stay. The neighborhood is great, safe, and quiet. Made morning walks a pleasure. The pool area is very private and made relaxing a pleasure. Had everything I needed. Joe was very attentive and accommodating to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Joe was an excellent host always quick to reply and respond in person if needed Corrected any small issues and he is very proud of his renovated place, the pool the sub tropical garden complete privacy. Your own parking spot all in a safe quiet neighborhood . Close to many many things in Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed our stay

Our stay was relaxing and fun! The property manager, Joey was very accommodating and attentive. The studio apt was private and just what we needed. We loved having access to the pool during our entire stay. The area is nice and quiet. We ubered but having a car, as the listing recommends, would probably make things easier. Although we didn't mind ubering around. Lots to do! Loved having the host's dog DaVinchi come out to say hi every day. He is so sweet! Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Wow, what a great place. Joseph provided an excellent home away from home while we visited our new grand baby. The studio apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We took advantage of the gas grill in the backyard and especially enjoyed the pool. Check-in/out was a breeze. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood to walk our puppy. There are some very good restaurants and coffee shops a short drive away. Joseph was very welcoming and very responsive to all of our questions.

It was wonderful! Joe is super friendly and we loved meeting his pups too! Great location from the beach and plenty of places to eat.

Beautiful, quiet getaway. The apartment is thoughtfully designed. It is comfortable with all of the necessities of an apartment (stove top, water kettle, microwave, fridge, etc.). The pool and backyard are amazing! Appreciated use of the washer/dryer. Great hosts! Would definitely stay here again.

Good little studio for 1 or 2 near Wilton Drive! Very clean and accurately described. Also very well stocked kitchenette. Unfortunately I came during a rainy period and didn’t get to experience the pool or outdoor eating area. Since the room doesn’t have an indoor eating area, it would have been nice to stretch outdoors at the patio table..but you can’t control the weather!

We had a great time. Place was clean, had all the amenities needed, temperature was comfortable, pool was nice and outside lights were a nice touch. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Joe welcomed us, gave us the layout and was available if we had any questions. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Our host had excellent communication and was very friendly. His property was so beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for my husband and I to walk around. The pool was absolutely breath taking with all the palm trees. 10/10 for us

What a beautiful outdoor setting we found in Wilton Manors, a neighborhood in N Ft Lauderdale—gorgeous pool and landscaping. Our host, Joe, was delightful and gave us all the privacy we needed. Interior was a small studio, but had everything needed and was very comfortable.

Everything was great!! Pics are exactly as it is!! We enjoyed the pool one day and it was very relaxing. We would have spent more time there, but we simply had other plans already! There was a choice of three loungers and cushions were provided! Beach towels and chair and umbrella were available. Toiletries available as mentioned. We used a ride share for everywhere we went and although 50/day, it beat a car rental!! Excellent communication by Joseph, the host, and it was a pleasure meeting him and the dogs!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the privacy of the location, including our own In Ground Pool. Accommodations were clean and had all the conveniences we were looking for. Joe as an excellent host and was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. The studio was spotless and had everything I could possibly need during my stay. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment, yard, and pool are private with lush plantings surrounding on all sides. I would recommend this studio and would book again.

Our rating is for communication only since we didn’t stay here. Joe contacted us the day before arrival and told us the pool paver job would not be completed for our stay. Since this was going to be a 3 day pool getaway, we decided to cancel our stay. Joe agreed and gave us a full refund. Thank you, sorry it didn’t work out.

This was a great place for us to stage out of for a family gathering. Joe was very helpful and immediately corrected to a very minor issue. Hopefully this place will be available for future stays.

I spent a week here to get away from the cold northeast and this was a perfect spot to work from home and work on my tan. The place is clean, comfy and in a great location. Joe is a great host, was helpful, communicative and super friendly. The pool and backyard is amazing. And location is great -- walkable to bars, restaurants and shops. I had a great time here and can't wait to come back again next year.

I travel with two small service dogs and Joe welcome them 100% recently I took in an old Street dog 15 years old no teeth long story and he and his dogs walking with them the property was incredibly clean very safe as a widow I felt very comfortable thereThe property was incredibly clean

Backyard area was great, studio so don’t expect a ton of space. Host was wonderful—double check you have all access codes — gate and door.

This is a great in-law unit attached to a nice bungalow tucked into a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the bars and restaurants of Wilton Manors. The host is really nice and the unit has some of the best amenities of any place I've stayed (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bbq, outdoor eating table, pool, etc.). The kitchenette is really nice with a 2 burner electric stovetop, full refrigerator and nicely stocked cutlery, plates, glassware... Nice bed and bathroom. I never did figure out the TV but that's on me... Good price and location. I will definitely come back and Stay!

Amazing property with a friendly host and great backyard/ nature views! My bf and I really enjoyed our stay wishing everyday we could extend it !
