Private Oceanfront, Pet Friendly, One Bedroom

We loved being steps away from the lovely beach. The apartment was so cute, comfortable and close to restaurants. Loads of towels, nice beach chairs and a super comfortable bed. Brenda was readily accessible when we had a question. Just a very enjoyable visit.

We love this property. This is our 4th stay and it never disappoints, We come from New England and by March we are sick of being bottled up inside.There are so many outdoor areas where you can get outside no matter what the weather. The large, well furnished porch protects you from the sun and rain and a sheltered area with lounge chairs protects you from the wind. There is a firepit area with chairs and a swing and a new putting green with artificial turf. Best of all is the well maintained boardwalk down to long sandy Fernandina Beach. Inside the kitchen has a glass topped electric stove and dishwasher and enough pots and pans to cook a meal. The bed is comfortable, the house is clean, the washer and dryer are wonderful. There are 2 tvs, one in the living room and a huge one in the bedroom. There also are lots of possabilties for interesting day trips in the area. Our favorites are Okefenoke National Wild Life Refuge, St Augustine, Cumberland Island and the Jacksonville Zoo.

We loved the place. Everything was at our disposal and thoughtfully laid out. We will definitely be back. The sunrises were gorgeous and shelling on the beach was so much fun. We loved the beautiful decor!

Great place with easy beach access.

I rented this unit for my brother and sister in law. The smell from the unit - could be the cleaning products was so strong I could smell it on both of them when they came to visit us. It also smelled like mold was somewhere. I was embarrassed for them that this is where I put them up. I should have insisted on seeing it before renting, I would have never rented it. Sorry, the only saving grace is that is was right on the beach and the weather was wonderful!

This was a PERFECT place!! Everything we needed, quiet, all the essentials, clean and comfortable! Brenda was super helpful on the front end- and readily available if needed (although never needed her!)…thanks so much for ALL!!

The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been accommodating.

My stay was again amazing. We stayed last year in this rental and was so impressed we booked it again for this year. Very well equipped apartment and plenty of towels for the stay. Steps from uncrowded pristine beaches. Location is perfect. It is a short drive to the downtown area of the City of Fernandina Beach.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Loved the porch, easy beach access, cleanliness and attention to detail. It was great having a gas grill, the bed was super comfy and the sheets were soft. We will definitely be back! Thank you Brenda!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by a cheery sign on the door and a cute apartment with every amenity anyone would need. It was clean, well-stocked, and the outdoor area was comfortable and welcoming. The beach was steps away, and what a beautiful beach and island! We loved it.

This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.

This is our third stay. We love the location and the clean well maintained property. There are lots of options for us outdoor people. We can sit on the porch out of the sun and wind, enjoy ourselves on the swing in the fire pit area or bask in the sun on lounge chairs. Our favorite spot is the new boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the 13 mile uncrowded, dog friendly, sandy beach, where people walk, swim, boogie board and fish. As we cross the boardwalk we enjoy searching for gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits. Inside the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is adequately equipped, the washer and drier are top notch and there are 2 Roku TVs. The one in the bedroom is huge, The owners respond to questions and needs quickly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay.

This was a great stay with amazing amenities and perfect location! Hosts thought of everything to make it a perfect experience. We are considering coming back in the fall! Nothing like having coffee while facing a gorgeous sunrise over the beach to start your day.

The unit was quite small and dark. Not much natural light. It's ocean front, which was great, but you can't see the ocean from the unit...we missed that and for that reason will not be renting again as that's important to us. They have a great decked walkway down to the beach and provide anything and everything you need for beachside fun - chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it because it was a bit chilly when we were there. Plenty of pleasant outdoor area outside the unit with lots of seating. Hosts live upstairs and were/are very quiet. Communication with hosts was fine. Bedroom feels cave-ish with very low ceilings and lots of road noise. We're on the tall side and the queen bed was a bit small for us, but we managed to get quality sleep. :o)

Everything was great for our trip

Really nice place, great access to ocean and nice outside sitting areas. There is so much to do in the area and not far. Would highly recommend this place. Easy parking, kind owners, easily accessible.

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at this spot in Fernandina Beach. We visited the weekend after Thanksgiving and the beach was practically empty and was so peaceful! The place was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful view that we enjoyed every day. We loved having a full-sized kitchen and a private entrance—it felt so comfortable and private, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The walk to the beach was one of our favorite parts, and we even saw two turtles burrowed into the sand, which was such a cool surprise. The hosts were great, too! They live upstairs but were so respectful of our space that we never even saw them. Overall, it was just a great place for the two of us, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several places and this is by far the cleanest place. Very comfortable for us and our fur baby. The owners supply everything except your food and drink! We will definitely be back

Great place to stay. I would recommend.

Nice apartment and kind owners. Having 2 full baths even though it’s a 1bed apartment is awesome. Functional kitchen with all needed appliances. Great deck and beautiful view of the dunes and water… can’t beat that! We only went out in the town one night and it was fun with a variety of option to eat and celebrate life.

We appreciated the attention to details supplying everything you could possibly need. Clean refrigerator with icemaker was great! Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc! Two negatives: Floor was covered in white dog hair. Unit was very dark.

This home is perfect for me to stay. Great size, furnished well, kitchen well stocked. Love the covered porch!!

This property is nestled right on the beach. Woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise! Quaint little condo with a private covered porch an nice common areas. Had a great time! Highly recommend this place!!

The rental did not disappoint. Even though the weather was less than desirable, we enjoyed our vacation. Quiet, private broadwalk to the beach. This is a great place to get away to. Our little dog loved it too.

Condo was very clean and very well stocked. Short easy walk to beach. We have booked again for next year.

Everything went smoothly. Wonderful location! Stayed on Amelia Island several times and this was simply wonderful. Great place and amenities.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach. The beach is just steps away with no crowds whatsoever during our stay. The property is clean and well maintained and is well stocked with items you will need such as umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc.
