Excellent location in quiet neighborhood; short drive to everything. Owner was super helpful before & during stay, answering all my Qs via text. Studio is actually a room bathroom attached to main house, but totally private with separate entry thru side fence into backyard. Two thumbs up!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025I had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable suite. Everything was fresh and good quality. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short distance to Sensorio and the Vina Robles ampitheater. The host, Carrie, is very responsive and gives clear information and tips. I would happily stay here again.
