350sq ft, newly built, fully furnished, farmhouse style studio apartment with brand new appliances, private entrance, driveway parking spot and direct pool access. The studio has its own water heater, a whole house water softener & filtration system as well as two ceiling fans, an ac unit and heater.

Included is a luxury queen sleep number bed with linens, bath & hand towels, a full sized closet, large dresser, 42” tv & fire stick to access your favorite streaming accounts, book shelf, full length mirror, night stand, small recliner, and eating area.

The bathroom features a full sized walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, vanity with lots of storage for all your products, towel rack, robe hook, shelves and all the needed bathroom accessories.

Fully equipped kitchenette with brand new microwave, hot plate, ninja grill, air fryer, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, full apartment sized fridge, and dish rack. We also include dishes, pots & pans, drinking glasses, cooking & eating utensils etc. There is plenty of over head storage in there for pantry items, a step stool is provided to reach the top. Also cleaning tools like vacuum & swifter, cleaners etc are provided. Also available in the unit is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Your entry is through the side gate to the back. Our shared back yard features astroturf throughout, pathway lights on a timer, outdoor seating area and a weekly maintained pool. Your front door features a covered entry, storm door with top opening that reveals a screen for a lovely breeze, double locks & a self controlled patio light.
