Private Guest Room Marysville Downtown

Difficult to find, needs much larger signage at the street, door code would not work for us, he had to use key and reset it. The room was part of their home, that was not made clear, loud trains numerous times throughout the night, the room had an overwhelming odor from a “plug-in” which bothered my asthma, I can still smell in my suitcase and contents after leaving Friday am, lots of fake plants in the room and entrance (I hate fake plants) only sink was in BR. Furniture looked like it came from temu. Will never go back.

Clean, private and reasonably priced. The location met my needs well.

Very clean, quiet, private and cozy room. Everything needed for a weekend stay. I plan on another trip to visit family shortly and will stay at the same place. Glad I found it!

They put a lot of thought into small amenities like a pen and paper by the bed and filtered water available, icemaker, iron & board, . Exceptionally clean and if you like a super soft foam mattress you'll be in heaven.

everything was excellent except we weren't able to lock the door when we would leave.

Very neat and clean. Comfy bed. No problems with hot water quantity or problem running hair dryer and heater. Wall heater warmed it up quickly in the cold weather we experienced. Owner provided clear info and instructions. Good storage that allowed me to unpack for the week. Would like 2 suitcase holders that allow suitcases to lie flat and paper or cloth towels to wipe up. But very good! Would recommend.

We were just stopping off for the night on our way south, but Rob was an amazing host. He was quick to respond to us and went way above an beyond with late requests. Note on Maryville: there is a train... It runs through town at night. :)

The host was polite and friendly. It was very rainy during my stay and the host put down a cover to make sure the deck wasn’t slippery. Very thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again.

Rob the host was a great communicator, he let us know all the important information morning of arrival and let us know if we needed anything just message in the app and he’d get right to us. The space was clean and just as listed online, for a short notice booking we were very happy with our stay! Beautiful property and the entrance and parking space was clearly marked as to not have any confusion upon arrival. We would definitely book this space again and think Rob was a great host.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience. I'm loathe to even leave this review, worried that everyone will keep this place booked and I'll never get another chance bc it's really that good. Excellent communication, super easy to extend my stay, great attention to detail, quiet, fabulous response time, awesome bed, on and on and on, just the BEST!! AND, I rolled into town sick, but still just absolutely loved my stay. I will be back :)

Rob responded quickly the few times i messaged. He let us know the outdoor lights were on a timer & asked if we needed different times. Very much appreciated. Very easy getting into the room & find things. Very nice room & bathroom. Main thing i appreciated was when i messaged after checking out. I had left my St Christopher necklace in the room. He was very kind to be there when we got back & bring me my necklace. Thank you so much!!!

This was my third time staying here in the last year. The backyard is an absolute oasis! My home-away-from-home! I only go other places when this room is booked.

Was centrally located and all we needed close by. We would stay there again..great covered back area. Very nice landscaping.

Our grandsons (x2) graduated in Everett, WA and 1 in Moses Lake. Our stay at Robs was perfect, comfortable and very relaxing. Rob responded to my questions very quickly, luckily didn’t have many as this property is equipped very nicely. Small refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, coffee, and microwave. Very convenient location Safe parking We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Everett. Thank you Rob.

Excellent property and location for single/couple’s! Very nice! Loved the privacy and the back Deck and Patio right out the door!! Highly recommended! Rob always communicated quickly and made things very enjoyable!!!

Wished there was a small fan for warmer nights-also the deck lights to turn off earlier than 1am! Like maybe 11pm! EXCELLENT STAY! Will definitely recommend for couples/single person or our Return to the area

The check-in process was very easy, the host is responsive and friendly, the room was nice and clean and welcoming, the bathroom features are high-tech, the covered deck is beautiful, and my favorite this is that it’s only a half mile from my daughter’s place so I will definitely be coming back!

All we would need for a short stay was provided. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. It's possible we'll be returning in the future, because my mom will be leaving just down the street from them in The Cottages soon. (Be sure to arrive while there's still light, because it's difficult to find in the dark :).

This was the perfect little place for us to decompress before flying home after a week visiting family. It’s well cared for and the outdoor space is beautiful. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again! The pictures provided to help find the place were super helpful! The bed is comfortable and we slept beautifully.

I loved this place! It was adorable. I love the patio and outdoor area. The room and bathroom itself were great. Rob was excellent at communicating! I appreciate the accommodation and wonderful stay.
