Private Apartment Close to City

Great place to stay, very clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Pool was a great bonus on the hot summer day.

Highly recommend this place. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the pool was fun, the kitchen was well equipped, and Paul and Rose were wonderful hosts. The landscaping made it feel secluded and not like it was surrounded by neighbors.

A great place to stay. Roomy and lovely extra touches. The wifi did keep going in and out of service though. I would certainly recommend to others. My dughters in NZ and Brisbane would recommend to their friends.

Fantastic place to stay, we traveled with our adult sons for a family event and the three bedrooms was perfect, I couldn't imagine choosing a different place to stay the next time we are in Hamilton.

We had a wonderful week stay at Rosemary and Paul's place recently. The facilities were excellent - full kitchen, plenty of space, the house was lovely, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Check-in was easy and seamless and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely well cared-for property, delightful friendly hosts who were very happy to share their local knowledge. Pool is great and hot tub a bonus. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay-thank you!

The accommodation is immaculate. Set in an elevated position the views from the living space is open an far reaching. Kitchen is well-equipped all white goods (dishwasher, washing machine are pretty new). Good water pressure in the shower. We only used the two d. bedrooms they were perfectly set with good quality bedding, blackout curtains and really comfortable bebed

Myself and my small group of bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding. The place was spotless and the amenities were excellent. Thank you very much for having us :)

Our group loved our stay! The apartment was close to everything, super cozy and the host shared a lot of insight of some attractions off the beaten path. Highly recommend!

WOW!!! Absolutely awesome property. Spotlessly clean and tidy. 3 huge bedrooms. Everything you could possibly want was there. Access to swimming pool/hot tub. Short walk into town centre with bus available at end of Street if required. Cannot speak highly enough of this property. Owners Paul and Rosemary live above property but do not have a presence unless you need something. Then they respond instantly. This will certainly be my go to place next time we are in Hamilton. Hamiltonsomething.

We stayed with my brother and his wife who were visiting from overseas, our local grandchildren made short visits, enjoying the pool. Ample space for all, a nice big dining table, well-equipped kitchen, generous provision of towels, lots of hot water for dishes and showers. Location was quiet in a garden setting. The hosts couldnt be more helpful when I left cooking items behind. An absolute gem of an apartment. We hope to stay again.

Everything was amazing except the photos inferred that the pool and spa would be part of our view and easily accessible from our apartment but in reality it was part of the owners home although they were very friendly and we were absolutely welcome to use it, we would have preferredd more privacy..lacked
