Make your way outside to the fenced in backyard and soak in the sun while lounging next to the semi-private pool (shared with the downstairs unit). After a fun filled day of exploring, fall into silky sheets atop your cushy mattress and rest up for an eventful day ahead!

This property abounds with special amenities including a Smart TV in the living room and a 42'' tv in every bedroom, high quality furnishings and finishes, vibrant art and décor throughout, and a fully fenced shared backyard with pool. This is a perfect setting for a mid-size/larger group or family looking to explore and unwind.

*Have a larger group Inquire about renting out both halves of the duplex, for a 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom home with private pool.* The driveway is long and fits many cars, but is shared with the other 1/2 of the duplex. If you need a private driveway, you would need to rent out both sides.

Our modern home can sleep up to 8 guests - Ideal for families or mid-sized/larger groups. The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with en suite bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed with en suite bath
Common Area: 1 Full bath

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit ! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. You can park your vehicle in the shared driveway. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole second story unit of the duplex and shared access to the pool (with downstairs unit). The driveway is shared with the other unit as well.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in what we like to call Chilly Gentilly. Its just 2.7 miles to the french quarter - or a 10 min drive, but feels far away from the hustle and bustel of the city.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in the living room and detects smoke and extremely high noise levels.
