Prime location right by the sea with huge terrace & balcony, ideal for families

Lovely village of Algajola and a perfect location right above the sea. We loved the 2 decks to watch and listen to the waves day and all through the night. Lots of space for 5 adults. Proximity to one of the nicest beaches we’ve been and the warm clear water- amazing. Many restaurants within 5 min walk and easy access to roads to other towns. We had an amazing stay! Laurent was available and helpful, communication was fantastic!

Thank you for letting us stay at your place Laurent. Our holiday was really great. The house is beautiful, the exclusive location above the small beach was great for the kids and for my older parent. We enjoyed everything the balcony in the evening, the big terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the very nice decorated house. We ll certainly come again soon.... regards. P.

We had no idea where we should be but for us the location of the house and where it was was awesome as we like quieter places . The house was very well suited for our family and we would stay there again.

We have beend spending 10 days in Algajola. Coming from Canada we were expecting a beautiful holiday. But it was so much better. The house in not close to the beach, it is over the beach and from the large terrace or the balcony, you always see the Mediterranean Sea. The house is nicely decorated. It is a classified building. Owners have renovated it with taste. It is in the village of Algajola, so restaurants, supermarket, bakery are really close (within 100-300 meter walk). Very nice and helpful owners. We can recommend it... and would love to come again next year. Christophe R.

in a tiny village, on the seashore between Ile Rousse and Calvi. the apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom (WC + shower), wide open kitchen and diningroom, a balcony with incredible view over the sea while having breakfast. There is large terrace (10 seats table) with outside shower as well; the sea is 10 m from the house ; the area is quiet, the neighborood nice; shops (food , newspapers, cloths, ...), restaurants are 3 minutes away walking. no car needed. Ile Rousse (larger stores available, like Carrefour) is reachable in 7 - 9 minutes by car. The 2 km long beautiful sand beach starts next to the house; but just in front of the terrace you'll find a small beach (30 m) not so busy, ideal for family as parents can have an eye on kids and call them for lunch within a minute. very nice for young kids (1- 3 years old). September and October are great , warm waters, less tourists . The Calvi airport is about 40 minutes away. villages in Balagne disctrict are beautiful, peaceful and pretty close. there are several beaches that you can explore by train (station in Algajola) between Ile Rousse and Calvi.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Laurent's holiday apartment in Algajola. The balcony with a view to the sea was frequently used :) Besdies that both the cosy little city, friendly and helpful host, made us want to come back to Corsica and Laurent's place in 2015!

We have rent one week in July and donnot regret it. The place is really nice. An old family house decorated with taste a mix of ancient objects and modern, confortable furniture. Astonishing view over the beach. The house is just above the small beach of Algajola and it gives one the impression to be at the sea as you see it through the windows. If you stay on the vast terrace, you can embrace a fantastic sea- and landscape. The owners are very helpful and try to accomodate your needs. We ll come back next year for sure.

We found the house to be exactly like the description with a well fitted kitchen and good shower rooms. The beds are pretty basic but comfortable enough and the furniture in general well worn but functional and fine for a house right beside the sea and a small pretty beach. The house is perfectly situated in the centre of the town and very close to a bakery, newsagents, grocery shop and several other small shops and a short walk to a very large sandy beach. In addition there is a good selection of restaurants nearby so we did not need to use the car every day We loved sitting on the small balcony overlooking the street below which stayed cool throughout the day. The view from here and also from the bedrooms was amazing. All in all we found the house perfect for our holiday and are hoping to book again for next year. A couple of lounger chairs on the large terrace would be a welcome addition for when we have our next holiday chez villa Marie Therese!

Apartment well equiped (modern kitchen/ wifi/ washing machines etc.) with a very nice view over the see. We took breakfasts and lunches in front it with much pleasure. shops (food & beverage & newspapers) are at a walking distance inside this small village. No need to take the car. Nevertheless Larger shops are available in Ile Rousse (5km) or Calvi (15km). Very easy access to the see - large beach (2 km long) - starting just in front of the accomodation. We enjoyed the still warm water although it was already mid October. Other nice beaches are within half an hour drive (Ostriconi with white sand / Lozari to name a few). The area is also good for trekking. Many trips are described in the well known guide des randonnees by rother. A car is very often necessary to reach the trips departure though. Our stay was just marvelous.
