Stayed Oct 9, 2023The location is terrific with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is about 2 minutes from St Mark’s and less than 10 to Rialto. The directions to the apartment (with pictures!!!) were perfect. The check-in instructions give a code and then you confirm on your phone and the door opens. Super easy!! The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd to those from the US). The apartment looks just like the online pictures. Having a second bathroom was really nice! The only negative was the mattress. It is hard with some very firm lumps (coils??) in multiple places, making it uncomfortable. Having the option of a couple softer pillows would be nice as well. It’s a nice apartment!

Stayed Jan 7, 2023Everything was wonderful with the location, apartment and communication with the host. The only thing that I would recommend is getting the emergency key /lock box code from the host before arriving as neither the online check in code, phone number to unlock or apartment door access code was working. It all turned out fine as I emailed the host while standing in the alley way and did receive a prompt reply (on a Saturday evening) with the emergency lock box code which had keys to both doors. We loved the place and I would definitely rent it again when in Venice.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022The location is perfect and provided a comfortable place for two days. The only suggestion I would make is that small bars of soap, facial tissues, and small bottles of water for the guests would make for more comfort. We enjoyed our stay!
