We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Stayed Jul 17, 2024It seems like this property is in a building that is managed by someone other than this host because the unit itself is immaculate and very charming; however, the outside door is completely covered in mold and the inside hallways to other units are in serious need of some fresh paint and also smell of mold. Other than that, we would definitely book this again! You can walk anywhere you need to and parking was a breeze.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025We were coming to Alaska and wanted to spend a night in Seward. This apt was perfect for our family! So close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The place was clean and super cute inside! The check in process was super easy and Shelly was avl if needed…I highly recommend and would def stay again if/when we make it back!!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Where to start?!? Old food was found in refrigerator. Cheap coffee maker leaked water all over the counter and wouldn't make coffee, merely hot water. Also, it had mold in it. Bathroom is extremely tiny. I am disabled: we requested ADA accessible on VRBO and were not informed that this unit is on the second floor and only accessible via outdoor stairs.
