Practicality and good taste 5 minutes from Piazza S. Marco!

The apartment is beautiful, renovated, and clean. The location is excellent! Nicoletta was absolutely wonderful, from her prompt communication to all the wonderful information she gave to us upon arrival. I highly recommend this place for a vacation and I will absolutely be back here next time we are in Venice. I can’t say enough good things!

We really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent and really spacious for our family of 5. The kids felt like they had a bit of their own space. We were super close to St. Mark's Square and excellent restaurants and cafes. It was so nice to have access to a kitchen. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young man who gave us a tour of the property. He was friendly and gave us some tips on local restaurants and where to catch a gondola ride. The property was clean. When we checked in we were told there was an issue with the toilet and the next morning someone came to fix it, when we were out. It was great to have the issue remedied without any impact on the comfort of our stay. One tip: the bathtub is slightly raised so just watch your step getting out of the shower! Not an issue at all, just something to note. Thanks for the stay, we loved the area and apartment and would stay here again and recommend to others.

This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance from Basilica San Marcos, with nearby grocery stores, bakeries, shopping, and vaporetto stops. It is modern, clean, and well equipped. We had 5 adult/teenager family members in our party so the 3 bedrooms worked out very well, as did the living room/kitchen area. Nicoletta made check in and check out smooth and easy. Highly recommended - we would definitely return.

We spent a very good week in Nicoletta's apartment. It is quiet, clean and well located (5/10 min from San Marco or Rialto).
