Poseidon 3, luxury 3 bedroom apartment with unobstructed beach and sea views.

The apartment has an exceptional location with open sea views. It is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the property manager ( Julian) was excellent and he went beyond the norm to genuinely assist in making the stay comfortable . The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise of the music coming from nearby restaurants which comes with being at a beach front location in Turkey. Not the fault of the property. No hesitation to recommend or revisit.

Just loved this flat- clean, light, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable beds, hot shower, air-con and the stand-out feature of that balcony with its stunning view of the beach with magical sunsets every evening. We were a family of four staying - have 2 adult sons and were a bit housebound on one rainy day but there is a lovely big sofa and TV with screening apps, shop just downstairs, nice little kitchen area so we had everything we needed for entertainment and snacks and never felt crowded or on top of each other. The bus stop for dolmus to Fethiye is right on the corner and buses are frequent, couldn't be more convenient. On the sunny days, the beach club is the perfect base for days out, a lovely stroll to the buzzy promenade of restaurants and shops by main stretch of Calis Beach, but also the option of quiet pool time and access to loungers and parasols a stone's throw away from the flat if preferred. So much to see and do, we loved our holiday and hope to return! Julian was a brilliant, helpful, kind host, communication was great, he provided a perfect welcome pack on request (as we arrived late at night) and popped by to introduce himself and answer questions, then kept us informed by text what was happening locally. Thoroughly recommend this fantastic accommodation.

Absolutely amazing place to stay- so close to the beach, dolmus stop and restaurants. The property is spacious and well equipped. Julian was exceptionally helpful with check in and also local knowledge. Hoping to return!!

Brilliantly situated 3 bed apartment, with awesome views from balcony, including sunset over the bay. Quality of fixtures and fittings might not be of the very highest standard, but was fine for us. Julian, our host, was very helpful, communicative and friendly. Really lovely stay.

This was our second visit to Sunset Beach complex, staying in the Poseidon 3 apartment, and going with high expectations after our first visit, it did not disappoint! The apartment was clean on arrival and kitted out with everything we needed including a substantial welcome pack which was offered as an option at the time of booking. The sea views are breathtaking, from two balconies, and you can enjoy the sunsetting with a beer from the pool bar! The complex had everything a family would need - several pools, pool bar, shop, pool table, spa (wow!) and the friendliest staff ever! The host was amazing from start to finish - from booking to meeting us with a friendly goodbye for our departure. He was on hand during our entire holiday to answer questions or assist and arranged our airport transfers which were comfortable and reliable. He was also able to support with local knowledge of the area and took his time to answer our questions on our first day (and we had a fair list!) I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and complex and we hope to return to Sunset Beach very soon, miss you already! (Due to the significant inflation n Turkey, we hope that this property does not become unaffordable so that we and others can enjoy in future years!)

Overall we had a nice holiday and the apartment was clean and bright and in a nice location overlooking the pool, with lovely views of the sea. Communication with Julian (who we had dealt with before) was good and he kindly sorted out the taxis to and from the apartment to the airport, welcomed us on arrival and met us on the last day. Taxi to and from the airport was smooth and on time. The apartment looked like it had a recent painting refurb as it was bright and cheery and was as it looked online. Spacious and with a good sized balcony that was in direct sunlight from about 2.30 onwards and it was enjoyable sitting out there. However there were some downsides to the apartment. The patio door to the balcony does not lock and whilst we were on the first floor and would have made quite a climb for an intruder it needs looking at. Julian said it had not been reported previously. With there being just the two of us we used the downstairs bedroom. The bed mattress was awful (thin and well used) and we had a feeling that this was known about as it had two poor mattress protectors on it. The drawer bottoms on the chest of drawers were also broken. The freezer part of the fridge is rusting and the upstairs shower over the bath is of no use as it has no shower screen or rail. The downstairs shower is excellent (hot and powerful). Brilliant for the two of us staying but not great if anymore wanting a shower and going out around the same time. Not massive showstoppers and it didnt spoil the holiday but with a little improvement could have easily been a 5 star place to stay.

Brilliant location, lovely sunsets on the balcony, both the apartment and the complex has everything you need. Very hot when we stayed so great that their was a breeze coming off the sea. Julian the host was very helpful and replies to being contacted very swiftly. Couldn't ask for more. The welcome pack was excellent also, well worth the extra money.
