The property needs updating. The cooking facility and kitchen is inadequate. It needs new crockery, new cutlery and a proper oven. The interior furnishings are tired and dated and during our stay, the temperature was very hot and even with fans it was quite unbearable in the apartment. It needs air conditioning for the summer months. Upon arrival, it was not clean and we had to raise this with the Management company which was rectified the same day, as well as the tabletop oven in situ which was filthy and totally unusable and was replaced with a microwave. There was no toaster but one was brought for our use. The outdoor patio furniture needs updating too in order to make use of the lovely patio space. Parking was a major problem. We bought the 7 day pass from the management company but the car parks were constantly full with people queuing for spaces which prevented us using our car as on the one occasion that we did venture out, we struggled to find a parking space. The lack of car parking in the town results in aggressive behaviour from other drivers. Overall, despite the terrace and lovely views from its position, the old-fashioned and worn state of the apartment and inability to drive elsewhere due to being unable to park on return, this spoiled our holiday and we cut our stay short. The owners need to invest in this property and provide a solution to the parking problems.

Very good time in older place with incredible view. Met our needs and then some. Modern coffee maker would have greatly enhanced the early morning on the balcony experience. Giulio and Mariangelo were a great help.

The location is excellent! Close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic view from the penthouse balcony! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Also within driving distance of Pitigliano, Mancano and Soturno Hot Springs. Would love to stay there again!

- Apartment was dirty, there was actually feces on one of the toilets. No cleaning supplies to be able to correct the situation. - Very creepy stains on the blankets supplied for additional warmth. - Full renovation occurring in unit directly below. Property Mgr. refused to acknowledge, said it was only painting. They were actually at drywall stage. Very noisy and dusty, hammering and drilling starting at 8am and lasting until late afternoon. No prior notice, acknowledgement or offer to rectify. Mgr. actually argued that construction was in building next door when we could see by simply looking over the railing! - Water pressure would completely disappear 3 minutes into EVERY shower. 10 minutes of shivering until it returned. No explanation or offer to rectify after given notice. - No soap of any kind in the unit upon check-in, was supplied later. - Worst vacation rental experience to date.

The appartment and porto Santo Stefano are perfect for enjoying a holiday. The views from the terrace of the apartment are wonderful, having breakfast on the terrace is an unbeatable way to start the day. The Kitchen is small but more than enough to prepare the dinner. Antonella was a fantastic hostess and gave us very good advice on excursions in the area

+ Very lovely fishes village with many bars, cafes, restorants. In March was quite, but not dead... perfect place to stay and get man trips to south Toscana. - costraction below this apartment,
