Porta Pacifique 23 is a spacious and comfortable apartment, ideally located across from beautiful, peaceful Bilinga Beach.

Situated on the seventh floor, the apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (including ensuite) and balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views.

The open plan living space has cool tiled floors, ceiling fans, comfortable leather furnishings, smart TV and access to the beachfront balcony. From here, you’ll get incredible panoramic views from SurfersParadise in the North, to Point Danger in the South, plus lovely refreshing sea breezes!

The master bedroom comes with a queen bed, ensuite with walk in shower, plus a built in wardrobe and access to the beachfront balcony.

The second bedroom features a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top), plus a single bed and built in wardrobe. The main bathroom offers shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a dishwasher. There are ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom, and the ocean breeze helps keep the apartment nice and cool.

Porta Pacifique is a secure and well-maintained building offering a swimming pool, half-size tennis court, tropical gardens and secure basement parking for one car. There are also on-site 8-hour visitor car parks for guests to share.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
