Beautiful and modern apartment with a large furnished terrace, a few steps from the beautiful Villa Bonanno, in the district of Ballarò.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a period building located in the historic center of the city, has been recently renovated and spreads on two levels enriched by a beautiful terrace featuring a dining area, a barbecue and sunbeds from which to admire the view of the city.

The apartment opens onto a hallway that separates the sleeping area from the stairs that lead to the living area on the upper level. Both bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk, a French window with a balcony and an ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with bath and shower). One of the two rooms also boasts a tv.

Going up to the upper floor, some stairs lead to a large and bright open space characterized by a large window that overlooks and gives access to the terrace, and a geometric flooring in shades of blue and white that recalls the furnishings. The living area features a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine. An additional toilet completes the layout.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



Palermo central station is a 15 min walk away from the apartment, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 34 km away.
