We share the property with our small, energetic Pinscher. She's mostly indoors but may occasionally pass through the pool area and tends to bark when greeting guests. She’s harmless — just excited! We appreciate your understanding in shared spaces.

Pool Guidelines

Available from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Please shower before entering using the outdoor shower

No alcohol, running, or loud music in the pool area

Children under 13 must be supervised, and non-swimmers are not permitted

Use of the pool is at your own risk

‍♂️ Pool Use & Liability Waiver
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, use of the pool is only permitted after signing a liability waiver. By signing, guests agree to the following:

*Children under 13 are not allowed in the pool unless supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
*All pool use is at your own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur.
*No lifeguard or first aid services are provided. Guests must exercise personal responsibility and caution.
*Cleanliness is essential – please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool.
*Running, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
*Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No use is allowed outside these times.
*Local Laws require we maintain a policy of quiet hour for surrounding neighbours between 2pm and 5pm, daily.

Guests who have not signed the Rental Agreement with the POOL WAIVER are not permitted to use the pool under any circumstances.
