Pleasant Hill Getaway in a secluded small neighborhood

Nice quiet place

Space was clean and very spacious and comfortable. Very homey. Only disadvantage was the initial incline of the driveway.

It was well laid out and labeled. Exactly what we needed. Very clean. Community was quiet. Would definitely rent again.

The house is perfect. Clean and equipped with anything you might need on your stay.

Bruce went above and beyond in his rental to make you feel at home. The space was in pristine condition and smelled very clean. He labeled the remotes, cabinets, light switches, etc. which was wonderful. There was no searching or difficulty finding or using anything. The rental is absolutely precious with is eclectic decor. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows were wonderful as well. His towels were top quality and he even has a container for extra bathroom supplies you may have forgotten. There was more than enough “starter” supplies for the rental. He has thought of everything one might need when away from home. His neighborhood was easy to find and very quiet. Loved his driveway, there was one way in and one way out. Also, rental is close to town and very convenient. The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer! I have rented many places and this has been the best!! Definitely would rent from Bruce again!

Very nice place, lots of room in a quiet neighborhood. Spent some time on the front porch one afternoon. The only issue was that the WiFi went out during the stay, but there was a decent cell signal. We will definitely plan on booking it when we return to Franklin.

A VRBO. The place was very spacious, very well kept and immaculately clean. Attention to detail was obvious with all needs met. Totally enjoyed the stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Accommodations were more spacious than expected. Bruce was a great communicator and we loved our say. It’s so close yet you feel hidden away inside the neighborhood. Love the quick trip into town but yet not feeling like you’re in the middle of the city. Beautiful landscaping on the property make it all that much more of a great hideaway. Will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for me. I come on a business trip twice a year, and the location, speed of the Wi-Fi, and hospitalities were exceptional! As everyone else says here, I agree with it all, Bruce has the sweetest heart, the best green thumb ever, and makes certain you stay is the best possible. I will most definitely be returning and am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Also, for those who are a little nervous about driveways. This one is a touch steep, but once you go up it once or twice you have it down. It’s easy. This is coming from someone who is not so seasoned on driving in the mountains.

Great property has all you need for a stay short or longer. We only stayed 3 nights, the place is well equipped, comfy bed, fast internet and in the middle of town.Definitely recommend this place.

Nice place

Bruce’s place was perfect. Location is so convenient to anything you might want to do in Franklin and surrounding areas. And the apartment is so clean and comfortable. We really looked forward to returning here every afternoon. It’s like coming home! The porch with a good book and glass of wine was so relaxing. Bruce has thought of everything and we sure hope to be back soon!

The apartment is beautiful with extraordinary decor. Great for a working vacation with a nice desk. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient dishes, utensils, etc. and easy to use. The front porch was a relaxing place to enjoy coffee in the morning & to unwind in the evening. Plantings were an added touch. This was my second stay. I thoroughly enjoyed both my stays & hope to return soon.

This getaway is heavenly. The front porch has a beautiful view, yet feels private. There are beautiful flowers everywhere and hummingbirds to watch although you feel like you are out in the middle of nature, you are truly 5 minutes away from everything. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pleasant Hill getaway! Bruce was able to accommodate us on very short notice. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. Bed was super comfy! Bruce really has thought of everything! We will definitely stay again when in the area!!

This VRBO is even better than it appears in the write up. Very clean, tastefully decorated and Bruce is so easy to work with. Very prompt with communication! There were fresh flowers from the gardens when we arrived and the entire experience was amazing! The front porch was private while allowing us to observe the gardens. Was a great place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.
