The property was great! The fenced in back yard area was so nice. We could grill and listen to music and we even had supplied mood lighting and outside furniture supplied! The room was clean and close to the beach! The air conditioning wad the best ive ever had! The owners were nice and answered my text quickly! Having a fully supplied vacation space was great, they even supplied beach supplies! Wagon, umbrella, gass grill, beach towels and boogey boards! The neighborhood was nice with excellent neighbors! We would love to go stay again!

We loved our room and enjoyed our stay. Everything was pretty much within walking distance. Erin was very responsive as well with any questions we had!

The hosts responded quickly when I had questions and the place was as advertised. It was very cute and blocks from the beach. Perfect for us.

Great location, seamless check in!

Everything was outstanding wish the unit was a little larger. In addition to the bed being a little larger. But no complaints good place for a couple or single person.

It suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Brought our cat with us, he really enjoyed the outside area and watching the squirrels. He hadn’t encountered them before so it was very entertaining to watch him.

We love this place! The location and being dog friendly with the fenced back yard is awesome! Erin was great to work with us! Looking into our next visit already!

The location was good to access the wedding venue

The location and space was wonderful! It was quiet and private, while being very close to Carolina Beach, it was also easy to learn how to navigate in the area with its accessible location. The hosts were quick to respond and provide support amole support about the internet/TV connection and the terrible rain that happened on our trip, even though it was out of their control. The clean up/departure duties were common sense and simple that it made packing up a breeze.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It was in a good location, and a really great perk was that it was within walking distance from the beach. The only critiques we had was the cleanliness. The carpet didn’t appear like it was vacuumed and there was dog hair on the sides of the box spring/mattress along with the entirety of the couch. The rugs in the bathroom looked like they needed to be washed and the chairs’ bars on the legs were broken. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the sink seemed inconsistent or may have been clogged? The water only came out certain holes of the spout but it was manageable. Since we noticed from previous reviews that it seemed that the owners were not living nearby, we were hesitant on reaching out because we were unfamiliar with their cleaners and did not necessarily want cleaners in the space after we had already unpacked and gotten settled. Nevertheless, this was a pleasant stay. It is a duplex house, and the neighbors were very respectful and not disruptive. It was private and enjoyable. The fridge and microwave were nice additions.

Affordability, PEACE & QUITE, NO Stairs, & a Fenced in Yard!Why pay when your only there to sleep! Spend it on Excursions & Good Eats!! Owners are very accommodating, Double Blessing!

Beautiful place, perfect for our needs. Fenced in courtyard was a special place to relax with morning coffee and wind down in the evening with the dogs.

We loved our stay here and we were able to bring little hazel with us and she loved every minute of it. We will definitely be coming back

The host is super attentive to guests. This location has a great outside area for having friends. As we were there for my spouses birthday with friend in the area. Well worth a revisit.

Place was perfect for a long weekend visiting friends in the area!

We only stayed one night. My 77 yo partner came down with 103.4 fever and type A flu. I did not sleep in bed that night and tried to sleep on blue small couch. I notified the host/owner we checked out that am first thing and requested at least a partial refund. andand checked out

Nice, comfortable, little place. Very convenient walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Our initial impression was that it was very clean, but we noticed a lot of dog hair and sand around perimeters and under furniture. Could use a deep cleaning..

Exactly what we were looking for, quaint, quiet, and quick walk to the beach

Nice place, small but comfortable and clean. There is a grill outside and microwave in. Short walk to the beach, it was quiet, off season of course but a neighborhood that didn’t seem like it’d be noisy regardless.

Our family had such a great time at Carolina Beach. The suite was a very quick walk to the ocean (which was awesome as we were travelling with a three year old). The suite was clean and beachy and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and very close to the boardwalk without being loud and chaotic. I would 100% recommend it to a friend. Erin was fantastic with communication and answered all questions. The only note I would make - a few hooks to hang wet items and a shower curtain on the outdoor shower would be awesome and provide a little more privacy in the residential area. Thanks again Erin + Joe - we loved CB and hope to return again soon. :)

This was our second time staying here and the location can’t be beat. There was a tiny hiccup and the host was very communicative and helpful. We cant wait to stay again :)
