This is a single-level apartment located up one exterior flight of stairs. Guests have the entire upstairs unit to themselves.

⚠️ Please Note: Stairs are required. If using alley parking, you`ll walk alongside the garage to reach the stairs. The sidewalk from street parking can be narrow, so please watch your step.

🐶 Pet Rules:
• Pets must be house-trained.
• Please keep pets off furniture and bedding unless you provide protective covers.
• Pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• Excessive pet hair, odors, accidents, or additional laundering may result in extra cleaning charges.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

⚠️ Unauthorized pets may result in a $200 fee.

This is a walk-up apartment with one exterior flight of stairs required to access the unit.
• From the alley: You`ll walk alongside the garage to reach the stairs.
• From street parking: The sidewalk leading to the stairs can be narrow. Please use caution and watch your step.

Please break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling area.

📋 Mid-Term Stays (28+ Nights)
For stays of 28 nights or longer, the following must be completed before check-in:
📌 Background Check: Required for each guest at $50 per person.
📌 Lease Agreement: A signed lease agreement is required for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must meet the host`s applicable background and credit-check requirements.
📌 Starter Supplies: Coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the starter supply runs out.

● No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
● All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
● Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
● Maximum of two (2) pets allowed. Unauthorized pets without prior approval are not permitted and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
