We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, comfortable, and the scenery was gorgeous. We loved being able to bring our dog too!

Great light and views of Taos Mountain from the casita. Also, totally appreciated the fenced in back yard for my pups. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Will come back.

The Casita is very nice, Clean and Private. Our Fur Baby loved it. This is my Second time staying here, Both times it was stelar. Every thing you could need is provided. The Fenced in yard is very nice for your Fur Baby. I will Stay again on my next trip to Taos. You will not be disappointed. I give this a Five Star Rating. Overall.

We had a nice relaxing time at this casita. It had all the basics needed for our weekend getaway, with beautiful views from this property. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds from the big picture window!

We had a wonderful stay in the casita. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed here for our 5-year wedding anniversary and could not have been happier with our experience! The managers thought of everything - We loved the food and experience recommendations they provided, and the small amenities that made a big difference, like induction chargers, a Bluetooth speaker, and even feminine products. Such a nice and personalized touch that made us feel right at home! Plus, the casita is SO cute with an amazing view, that gave us an all-around amazing experience. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful casita just outside of downtown Taos. Place has very large number of small amenities that add to the comfort of staying there. Large parking area, views, outdoor seating make it very pleasant. No problem checking in or out easily.Very highly recommend this accommodation in this unique area.

This pet friendly rental is wonderful. It’s very clean and inviting with lovely southwest decor. The backyard is so relaxing. We read and had our coffee out there in the mornings and had a fire in the chiminea each night. Convenient to town and a nice peaceful relaxing location. Our dog loved it, too! We definitely will recommend this rental to friends and family.

It was perfect. A little off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy Taos. It was beautifully appointed with New Mexico/Taos wall hangings, rugs and features. We loved the views, the solitude and the closeness to a walking trail for our pup. Just what we were looking for (along with the cuisine, which did not disappoint). We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Had a truly lovely visit to Cherokee Star AB&B in late November. Check in was simple, the kitchen had what was needed when we opted to make a couple meals over the amazing eats in town. Served as a relaxing base of operations for exploring El Prado and Taos while still conveniently tucked away just outside the relative “bustle” of town. We would definitely return for another retreat. Thanks!

Our stay was just about perfect. The property was clean, charming and well cared for. Relaxing with a beautiful view. I would only recommend one thing and that would be a nice comfortable study chair. We plan on retiring the near future since we experienced snow on our stay do want go in warmer weather.

This place is fantastic. So cute, well decorated, sooo functional - they seriously thought of almost everything! The only thing lacking was a proper kitchen knife. Otherwise I can’t think of anything that we needed. Hope to stay here again someday, can’t say enough good things about it. ❤️

Serioualy, this darling casita is such a delight. Every minute detail of comfort has been seen to...from loaner sun glasses at the front door to a backscratcher in the bathroom. The coffee bar is complete with large quantities of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and creamers of various flavors.And then we have to talk about the fido-friendly environment: plenty of dog towels to wipe those dirty feet, couch covers in case Fido gets on the furniture and an entire jar of dog treats waiting to be devoured.A short drive to Taos, the location is perfect to enjoy the bounties of town but to have a quiet, secluded respite at the end of the day.

This home was perfect, so many nice touches from the coffee and tea bar to comfy pet covers. Rarely have I stayed in a home with condiments, and usually bring my own. The mountain views were stunning, the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay in such a comfortable and easy place. Thank you!
