Pet friendly 2/1 basement apt fenced yard

It was a good stay other than the sink water was continuously backing up in the dishwasher creating a stagnant smell.

The place was spotless! Very comfy beds and the backyard was fantastic for my 2 schnauzers. Had all the essentials for a welcoming stay. Very communicative when needed and smooth check in and check out. If I did have to find a negative, it would be there is no way to control the temp in the unit without reaching out to have it adjusted as both the upstairs and this downstairs uses the same system. Other than that, when family comes to town to visit and needs a place to stay, I will be referring them here.

Pictures very accurate, very nice place. Stayed 10 days. Be aware this downstairs VRBO also has an UPSTAIRS VRBO with rotating tenants ... some of whom were VERY noisy at 4:30am getting ready for a flight and another tenant who had a 2-3 month old screeeeeeeaming baby every two hours all night. Also, the HVAC thermostat is UPSTAIRS and inaccessible to the downstairs tenant ... the landlord was very accommodating when we asked for more heat or more cool ... but at 2am, that's not practical when we're sweating or freezing downstairs. LOVELY place but be aware of these issues.

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was super clean and updated. We had our dog with us and the fenced yard was great. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful, IMMACULATE place. Lots of space and a huge fenced in yard for our doggies. Id definitely see if this place was available again next time we head to that area. 5 out of 5 s!

The unit was clean and comfortable but that's where the enjoyment stopped. The noise between the two units was overwhelming. I needed a quiet place to stay with my 2 cats while I was moving. The noise between the upstairs unit and the basement apartment was almost unbearable. My poor cats were absolutely terrified and traumatized from the noise. Although the management tried to keep the people upstairs quiet there was just no way. Just moving of a chair across the tile floor in the kitchen sounded like boulders rolling across the floor. If noise doesn't bother you , this is a great unit

Upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise to see that everything shown in the listing was exactly the way the unit was. The place was clean as a whistle, facilities and equipment were up-to-date with a variety of betting towels, and cooking utensils

Clean and well maintained space with friendly hosts. Easy access to backyard apartment with enclosed yard perfect for our pups. We parked on the street because parking in the driveway was a bit hard to navigate in the dark as we arrived pretty late. Great stay and thanks for hosting us!

This VRBO is clean and easy to use. It is very bright, which was really nice for a basement. It is comfortable and fit our needs perfectly.

I thought that there was plenty of value in this booking. The place was cozy and kept very nicely. I would definitely stay again.

This was a nice place, comfortable bed and clean. However you could not control the temperature inside the unit without contacting the manager. There is no thermostat or anyway to control the heat. Also there were not Kleenex's in the unit. Did not like the location and the yard is not well kept.

Overall very good place to stay. Would stay there again for sure.
