Stayed May 19, 2021The owners of this home were very responsive to our communication. They really have created an excellent rental. We spent the week here with our two young grandchildren. The home met our needs perfectly. A relaxing environment with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, toys/games/tv, high chair, comfortable beds etc. Bonus was the play structure in the complex and parks within walking distance. Shopping and dinning a short drive away. Quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors. It was all beyond our expectations and we defiantly will be staying here the next time we visit.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Our stay was overall good. The apartment was nice and spacious for our big family. The amenities were excellent. And they are clear about checkout expectations. The neighborhood felt a little like it might be in the less safe part of Clearfield. I feel the communication towards the end of our visit was lacking. We communicated some cosmetic issues we had noted with the apartment to ensure the owners were aware, as well as a neighbor who was flicking their cigarette butts at the door, and we never received a response. However, leading up to our visit communication was excellent.
