    This property was exactly as advertised. It is convenient to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse (south) or the Badlands and Wall Drug (East). Grocery Store right nearby to stock up on anything you may need for your stay. Excellent communication with rental property. A little weird set up above a smoke shop & a definite smell of weed at the entry door on the 1st floor, but when you climb the stairs to the kitchen, the smell isn't noticeable at all in any of the bedrooms or other spaces. It is right off a busy road, so you will hear some traffic noise, but nothing terrible. Parking is a little tight in the back if you have multiple cars, but we only had one and were fine. For the convenience, I'd definitely stay here, again. Rapid City has a fun arcade with retro games in the basement. Food options we tried & liked: Holy Smoaks (BBQ), Silver Lining Creamery (ice cream), Tally's Silver Spoon (sit down). Thanks for a fun & quick vacation in Rapid City!

    Clean property. Had everything we needed. Entry stairs could be difficult for some guests. We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location!

    Very clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Pictures don’t do justice to the size of the apartment & bedrooms. 1 king (bedroom), 1 queen (bedroom) 1 twin bunk (bedroom), 1 queen (separate room w/o door). Large living room. Dining table seats 6-7 (bench+4 chairs). Very quiet apartment for being above commercial property (currently a smoke shop). No odor or noise associated with commercial property below. Parking wasn’t ideal but overall location was great for access to many sites/downtown. Over 90° 2 days, so the apartment central A/C was running. Due to odd layout, no central air in kitchen & dining room made for warm areas, but sitting room, living room and bedrooms were all very comfortable spaces. All appliances and fixtures worked as they should. Plenty of kitchen countertop appliances & equipment. Overall, very happy with our stay.

    Apartment was extremely nice everything was new and worked very well. No problem there. My Family enjoyed the stay. The beds were the best we slept in and took pictures of the tags, because planning on purchasing them for house back home. Neighborhood was great, lots of things to do and see in Rapid City.

    We really enjoyed our stay. This location allowed to to go various directions to visit our various destinations. Super clean. Lots of space. Communication was excellent! The closest neighboring buildings seem less than desirable at firs but as other visitors posted it was super safe. We had our dog and I took her out at dark and didn’t worry. If you are considering, book this place!

    This residence has what you need as a great hub for the surrounding places of interest. We appreciated two full baths, a large kitchen and large common area. We would have enjoyed a larger coffee maker or even better a Kuerig! Parking was a bit sketchy!! But not a deal breaker. Communication with Shannon was seamless.

    Pros: Great location for going to grocery, bagels, downtown, other Rapid City sites. Spacious. Large, well stocked kitchen. Laundry machines. Responsive host. Cons: it's in a commercial building in an commercial area so you may hear music and other sounds at night. We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 10 day tour of South and North Dakota staying in cabins and a hotel. This was luxury compared to what we had stayed in. We didn't need outdoor space. We made breakfasts and 1 dinner. I recommend this place if it suits your needs. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults.

    We were moving our son into school in Rapid City and this location made it very nice for us to be close, but not have to stay in a hotel. Shannon was quick to respond when we had a question about where to park, so it would definitely be a place we could choose in future years.

    This was a spacious clean environment that was well stocked. We appreciated that coffee was available on site but would have appreciated a larger coffee pot. We went ahead and stripped the beds not knowing if that was required. We were unsure if the dumpster outside was for our use. With the big truck that we arrived in the parking was a little challenging but we pulled it off. Small bars of soap for the showers would have been nice or notification that we should bring some. The beds were comfortable and the AC was welcomed because of the heat. Proximity to restaurants worked well for us.

    We were a little skeptical pulling up as the front is a smoke shop and the motel behind looked a little sketchy as well. However, the apartment has been renovated and was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Shannon was very responsive to our questions and we would stay there again if we head back to the black hills
