Stayed Jan 12, 2025This tiny studio apartment was absolutely adorable with its big southern facing window—the design of the interior space is so well done —it feels bigger than it is. The bathroom is quite large, and really the only negative is that there is no stove. I lived here for 3 1/2 months and learned to do everything with a toaster oven and an induction plate! Very responsive management for any issues. Perfect for a single person , walking distance to campus and/or the best cafe in Boulder. Quiet and off the beaten track of the many frays on the hill

Stayed Oct 3, 2024I stayed at this apartment for three months, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great as well, conveniently within walking distance of both downtown and the university campus.What truly stood out was Elizabeth’s availability and willingness to help. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she was always just a message away, responding promptly and ensuring everything was taken care of. She has been extremely supportive and understanding even when I faced some frustrating issues with the booking on Vrbo.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a great place to stay.
