Modern well equipped penthouse, located in a very calm neighbourhood with swimming pool, paddle tennis court and playground for the children. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift). From the gallery an external stair leads up to the spacious sun terrace with beautiful views of sea, the mountains and the pool and garden area. There is also outdoor furniture, a large awning for the sunny days and a gas barbecue. The apartment is distributed in 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom en-suite, another shower bathroom, a modern and well equipped kitchen with access to the huge top terrace, a lounge with access to another terrace with beautiful views of the community are, of the sea and the mountains.here is central air conditioning hot and cold in the whole apartment and of course it is fully furnished and equipped with Sat-TV, wifi, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc. You can park your car on a private parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but there is also a pull-out sofa bed, to accommodate 2 more people if necessary. Calm situation at only a few minutes from the sandy beach and the shops, just 500 m from the beautiful Les Deveses beach. The nearest restaurant is just 180 m away and the supermarket (Lidl) is at 800 m. The villages of Els Poblets, Ondara and El Verger, all with a very good infrastructure, can be reached within 5 min. by car. Denia's city is at only 11 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 6 resp. 13 km from the apartment.

    Good holiday feeling, nice views from the solarium and the terrace. Clean pool and clean apartment. Close to the sandy beaches. All was available in the apartment to have a nice stay.
