Stayed Jul 23, 2025Property was in good condition pretty much satisfactory everything as it was although we couldn’t use the kayak as the kayak carrier had two flat tires so we did not have use of any of the kayaks. That’s why I gave it three stars.

Stayed May 20, 2025This was a good place to stay for the scuba classes we were taking. The short walk to a beach was nice. Our young adult kids took out the kayak. Having a washer and a dryer was great.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025We had a great stay with no issues! The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and they provided extra pillows and blankets. The views and property are beautiful and kept our kids busy so we could relax a bit. There are a lot of great restaurants close to the condo but also easy access to the highway to check out other areas. Check in and out were quick and easy and everyone we came across was super nice and respectful! Highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025We went for a girls trip. We arrive the day of Super Bowl and brought our snacks and drinks…ready to sit around the TV set to watch the game. The TVs didn’t work. We called the manager and she was right on it unfortunately couldn’t fix it and had somebody come and fix it the next day. Other than that, the stay was just perfect. The condo is clean. It’s in a beautiful area and we couldn’t be happier with it.

Stayed Dec 15, 2024The residence is well kept. We had a smoke alarm beeping suddenly in the middle of the night. Took the battery out, and contacted the manager in the morning. A handyman came within an hour of the call with batteries and got the smoke alarm working. That was the only instance of contacting the manager, and the response was swift. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024It was perfect fit for our family members of all ages - it was an easy walk to the beach, pool & lagoon! Had a blast kayaking, watching sunset from the spit & taking walks around the property. We will definitely be back but for a longer stay next time!! The unit was very spacipus for the 5 of us.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great time. Snorkeling right off the jetty and saw lots of fish, crabs and lobsters. Recommend the John Pennekamp state park. Went kayaking and fishing with the provided kayaks and fishing pole. more light proof blinds on the 2nd bedroom would be good as the very bright outside hall light is on constantly.
