Pearl is a beautiful fully renovated duplex apartment, located on the second and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet and sought-after residence in the rear Corniche area of Concarneau. Its prime location, just a short walk from the seaside and the city center, makes it the perfect place for a successful holiday combining relaxation, walks, and discoveries.



From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the apartment’s brightness. The fully equipped kitchen opens ontoa pleasant dining area, ideal for enjoying breakfast bathed in natural light thanks to its two large windows. The spacious living room is warm and comfortable, offering both a lounge area and a dining space, perfect for sharing convivial moments. This area opens onto a small balcony overlooking the street, ideal for getting some fresh air. A separate WC completes this level.



Upstairs, the sleeping area invites you to relax. You will find two lovely bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings.
