Peaceful with Patio in Downalong, Moments from Beaches, Harbour, Town, Parking

Good price for facilities and location particularly for the time of year. Disappointed in the cleanliness after reading reviews. Entrance to property dirty not inviting at all. Lots of black grime round shower door, shower head and overflow to sink. Place needs a deep clean. Furniture very tired blinds have black mould on them. PAT testing seemed to be out of date. Shame as this place could be amazing. In a great location and great communication with host. Definitely need the parking permit.

A lovely property in an excellent location. 1 minute walk into town centre with numerous dining options. Judith was a wonderful host with easy communication.

Location was great, 30 seconds from the harbour. Just right for our 3 night trip. Everything we needed. Host very informative and helpful.

The location of the flat was great. The 3 night stay was fine except for a very poor settee, most uncomfortable, oven tray awful not cleaned at all, bathroom soaking when we first entered so not finished properly and water still in the kettle which is a basic mistake.

Lovely apartment just off the harbour . Great location the only issue we had was with the family staying above us with young children who had no regard for times and making noise but this is by no means a criticism of our accommodation

The cottage is right in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, shopping, churches, etc. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family to stay there.

Brilliant location on top of everything shops pubs food sea harbour. Quiet despite this , parking a mission but follow instructions..host has patience of a saint if you go wrong

We had a great time at the Cobbles. It was very conveniently located near the harbor where there’s access to restaurants, shops and scenic walks. The Cobbles is bright, clean and quaintly decorated with a cozy feel. Thank you Judith!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well equipped. It is steps away from shops, restaurants, beaches, and the costal walking trails. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful place to stay for a break in St Ives. Booking and access made easy by the owner who is a great communicator and very kindly allowed us to book an extra night due to travel problems. The Cobbles was absolutely spotless, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for access to beaches, harbour and shops and cafes/ restaurants in down along area. We arrived by train and it was but a short walk from the station although parking was offered. Original artworks on the walls was a treat.We would definitely like ever book this accommodation again. Exactly where you want to be for the harbour and beaches. Perfect apartment for a couple +/- one on a sofa bed. Car Parking permit available . Absolutely ideal! with all “mod cons”.

We stayed at the cobbles in st. Ives, Cornwall for6 days and it was heaven. Situated in the heart of st.ives it was perfect for everything we wanted to do but it was quiet as no traffic was allowed up the lane. We would definitely stay there again

This is the most adorable cottage! Perfect location, so close to everything but also very quiet! We had a fantastic time and will definitely rebook next time we want to visit St Ives! We travelled from Vancouver, Canada to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in St Ives where my husband proposed 31 years ago and we also spent our honeymoon before emigrating to Canada!

A lovely little flat in a wonderful location pretty much a stones throw from the harbour and shops. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to St Ives .

We have had a fabulous stay in StIves The Cobbles. Perfect little cottage/apartment. Beautifully clean and comfy. Fantastic location right near harbour. Big bonus having a private car park space at Barnoon because there were no public spaces free on the day we got there. Highly recommend. Many thanks
