Peaceful Loft with inspiring view, modern design near grocery store,restaurants.

Well stocked kitchen, close to restaurants and not to far from the T.

Overall a very nice place to stay, cleanliness was top notch. The two cons: it was freezing when we walked in (I think about 50 degrees) and it took til the next morning to warm up. I think it should’ve been turned on the morning of check-in to avoid that. And the shower is a little dangerous since it’s a jacuzzi tub and easy to slip getting out. Everything else was perfectly fine.

The area was very convenient and felt very safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved the loft, comfortable and relaxing!! Great host, very clear and helpful on directions for checkin and loved that they sent a list of shopping areas and train stations!! Definitely would stay here again!! Thank you

We had a great stay. The apartment was spotless, and the location provided easy access to Boston.

The property was exactly as listed (thank you for that), complete with the stairs, which aren't that hard to manage for someone who grew up in Boston. It was close to Wellington station, and I was able to leave the place a little nicer than I found it by upgrading the bulbs in the kitchen art wall accent lighting.

Was perfect spot for all the weekend festivities.

The location was great. Close to amenities. The loft is charming but not an easy access, as advertised (Steep stairs). The shower was awkward.

The loft was a unique space with beautiful light and well supplied kitchen. Communication with property manager was responsive. The directions were specific but required a bit of detective work to navigate through the pictures delivered through app. However the loft did not have a secondary exit and no connected smoke alarms, I would make sure to check that these are connected before booking. Also the secondary bed was not well constructed and fell apart.

Nice loft in a great neighborhood. The 2nd bedroom is not private. Both sleeping areas are separated by partitions. It worked for us but others should know that before they book. They were doing some kitchen fixes and let us know that we'd have a temporary stovetop. It worked great. Our only issue was getting the parking approved. It wasn’t the property host but the third party who didn’t let them know if there was a parking spot available. It took a bit to reserve it so if you'd like to park on property, allow time to get that processed. You pay for that separately.

Lovely loft apartment in beautiful Massachusetts. Owner left detailed instructions. We found them on day 2 but got in late so were eager to get to bed. Loved the view from the deck. Would rent again.

Stayed for 6 days. Convenient. Staircases are a little narrow. Property is in a nice neighborhood. Clean. Well maintained.

Great property in a good location. Grocery store across the street. 10 minute walk to the T and 15 minutes then to downtown. Typically $15-20 Uber from city centre. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs are very steep which could be an issue for an older guest.

Cozy place close to our points of interest. It was a little confusing at first how to get into the loft ( bumped into our neighbors downstairs)) but once situated, it was no problem. Compared to everything compact and congested in Boston, the place was spacious even for my family of 4. Thanks for having us.

We had such a nice time visiting Boston! Leonardo and Maria were perfect hosts! They responded to our messages promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. We would highly recommend this property!

This place was clean, the AC worked great and fairly close to quite a few things. Wasn't too far to the T, we paid the extra to park behind it and that was worth it-though I wish that was just included in the price. Place itself was quiet, depending on the wind direction sometimes there were airplanes overhead (as mentioned by some). If you have trouble with stairs, this may not work for you. The stairs were pretty tight and half the time we bumped our head on the angle of the ceiling when arriving into the apartment. This is more like a studio apartment. There is a twin bed on one end, and a King on the other, I thought there would be another bed since it said it slept 4+, but there were 2 pull out twin sofa beds. The regular beds were comfortable enough, but the sofa beds were pretty hard. And it wasn't really a big enough sofa to sit around and visit. The bathroom is a little odd-I am fairly nimble and I found it a challenge to get in and out of the shower which is inside the non-working jacuzzi tub. They had something going on with plumbing but it didn't affect our stay. They didn't have a working stove/oven, and had a temporary hot plate that didn't work great. That was disappointing because we wanted to cook more and were only able to do things on a skillet, toaster or microwave. Maria was VERY nice & helpful and brought a high chair for our visiting grandson. And we did like that we could do laundry! And Costco/stores were pretty close! Overall it was nice.

Open loft with lots of light and space, very clean and neat. A bit tricky for taller folks due to roof angles in bathroom, and only king bed can accommodate those over 6 feet. Good location, enjoyed the Juliet balcony for morning coffee.
