Parkside Queen Stunning 1 Bedroom in 1800's Brownstone!

I didn't cook but it appeared well equipped, no problem with parking I was there on a weekend so street parking was fine but the park is close enough to park also.

Super clean, well stocked with the necessities, and comfortable. Parking on the street was plentiful and easy being a weekend. We’ll definitely stay again when visiting Albany.

The suite was clean and accurately described. We love that it was a historic building with great character and convenient to our event.

Host was very attentive to my questions.Nice apartment…photos accurate. Parking is on the street…must pay attention to the parking signs. Large park across the street…great for walking and children. Kitchen only had a Keurig…Was hoping for a standard coffee maker as we brought our own coffee.The bathroom is very small. Overall, great experience.

The host was very welcoming, helpful and gave detailed checkin instructions. The amenities were just as advertized.

Lovely little apartment in a historic turn of the 1900s apartment building near the Northern end of Washington Park. Just right for a couple or a single person.

This was my first time using VRBO, and what a great experience! My host was so responsive and helpful, the apartment was lovely - so convenient, such a pretty location, and had all the info I needed clearly labeled for a seamless stay. Couldn't recommend more!

I stayed 10 days and it is a beautiful brownstone apartment that has the old classic charm inside and out and is clean and comfortable. Great communication throughout! Loved the location as I could walk to restaurants and bars. Since I stayed for a while Lloyd shared clear instructions on how to get the Albany transient red zone parking pass which made it a breeze to park in front of the apartment and was only 15. Highly recommend. Note: watch out for the no exception parking days/hours listed on the street signs.

Place was clean and looked amazing. Perfect place for a stay in the area! Lots in walking distance and easy to drive where you need to go. Stayed on a weekend and street parking was no issue.

Loved the history of this building and the neighborhood was stunning with fall colors. Home was clean and very comfortable. The owner was definitely thorough with details regarding entry and home amenities.

This is a comfortable apartment in an excellent location of Albany. We were able to park our car and walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The historic brownstone neighborhood and park are beautiful for strolling. The apartment itself was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the selection of coffee and tea in the morning. The host provided excellent communication.

My 15 year old and I needed a safe, clean space to spend the night before her regatta on the Hudson River. Considering we have never been to Albany and had absolutely no idea where to rent, this was perfect! It is in a great area with a park across the street and we felt so secure tucked into this beautiful 1800 brownstone building. Really got lucky with this one! The owner was EXTREMELY reachable and super kind.

Very nice place to stay in an interesting Albany neighborhood. The host responded super quick to questions. The place included great amenities for the kitchen and bathroom. I would stay at this place again.

Great brownstone adjacent to Washington Park and just around the corner from dining/shopping on Lark St. The unit was spotless and stocked with all we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful, high ceiling space filled with charm. Perfect for our stay and next to a great park with great open spaces. Would definitely stay here again during our visits to the Albany area.

This unit is charming! Nicely decorated and spotless. We were in town for a concert at the MVP arena and were able to walk there making it very convenient.

We love staying here whenever we are in Albany! This was our 3rd stay in this beautiful building. Communication is excellent, everything is super clean, I feel safe and secure, outside noise is minimal, the manuals left are extremely informational and helpful, beautifully furnished and decorated. This location is great, it had everything you would want. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. 2 unexpected perks were that when you leave the room you do t even need to bring the keys with you because if the easy to use combination key pads another perk were the great selection of board games, I didn’t think we would use them but by the end of our stay in our last night we just wanted to hang in the apartment, and we played board games.10/10 strongly recommend.

This is a fantastic property, in a great location! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend taking advantage of this property to anyone who is coming up for a graduation, especially from Suny Albany Law School. Convenient location, plenty of space and had everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay!

Walkable distance to The Egg for a show, felt safe walking at night, easy to park streetside out front, check in instructions were clear and concise, apartment was stunning and very clean. Loved the windows and view, the TV, bed was comfy, everything was labeled nicely. Host was communicative. Walked to Bitchin Donuts and they were delicious. Would stay here again if exploring that area!

Really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around with my kids. Beautiful architecture in the area, great restaurants in walking distance. Clean apartment. Close to downtown. Will definitely try to stay again next time we're in Albany.
