Your apartment has direct beach access on a walking track through the leafy reserve rightonto the sand. Along the 2.5km stretch of stunning coastline, you'll find opportunities to hire kayaks or stand up paddleboards, calm bay waters for swimming, BBQ facilities and picnic tables, along with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Little Beach is just a 550m stroll, and you will quickly see why it is so popular. Take the kids to play at the playground and run around on the sand or reserve, then enjoy seafood over the water at Little Beach Boathouse, or head further along the coast (1.4km from your apartment) to snorkel and feed the fish at Fly Point. Location really does not get any better than this.

In your cosy apartment, the open plan lounge and dining leads directly out to the balcony, where you can dine alfresco in that fresh sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower and vanity, with handy separate powder room. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer.

A lockup garage on the waterfront side of the building offers parking for one car – please note this garage is shared with another unit.
