Panoramic view - loft-style beachfront apartment - like staying with friends

Situated on the second floor just 30 m from the ocean the location is great and it also has spacious balcony facing facing beach. The apartment is modern and has all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Everything from checkin to leaving the apartment worked. Christian the owner even texted us and asked if we wanted to checkout a few hours later than agreed which we happily accepted as our flight back was late in the evening.

This was our first trip to Mallorca and we had no idea where to stay. Fortunately, the apartment we chose was just right for us. It's modern and has a great view from all windows. The location is good with easy access to many places. There's stores and good restaurants right downstairs. We'd stay there again!

We really love our stay in the apartment in Cala Millor. The apartment was clean and had everything for our prefect vacation. We love the decor and feel like home. The bed was also comfortable with a beautiful view of sea. We spend hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view every morning and every evening. We also love the location as everything is around. Grocery stores, restaurant and shopping. We also enjoyed the beach just across the street. We did a few trips around the island and always were happy to come back to this beautiful place. Never had an issues with finding the parking spot. Thank you for having and opening your home for us!

Appartment is very well furnished & kept to a high standard. Christian was helpful, and efficient . Location and view are excellent . We would happily recommend this appartment to our friends & family.

The apartment has all the amenities required for a perfect holiday! Everything as described. We really enjoyed the very stylish interior design. Furthermore, bedrooms are very comfortable. Having an own washing machine was very helpful. Supermarket just around the corner, Mercando/Lidl a 7min walk away. Car rental (Europcar / Tripcars) just a minute away. Service from local manager was excellent as well. Many thanks for all your support in providing us these beautiful stay!

property is clean, tidy, and spacious. great view. and great location. everything you need provided, amazon video and Netflix available on the tv. Bars and restaurants and shops all in walking distance. my only criticism would be that although the apartment was clean, the air conditioning inlet grills were covered in dust. overall a pleasant stay

Cala Millor we did not give you the love you deserved was the quote of the week from our stay. It's a nice beach town, but being we are from California we wanted to see all of Mallorca and embrace the culture, and did - castles, fortresses, caves, beaches, rocky coast, horseback riding and Tuesday's market in Arta that lead to churches, and medieval history. Everyday was a new adventure. This stylish apartment and the location was perfect to come back to with easy street parking, a market on the same block, allowed for convenient relaxation and time needed to rejuvenate for the next days adventures. We loved the modern colorful decor and newly renovated bathroom the most! The bed was very comfortable, and wifi worked perfectly to help plan our trip. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed dinning in for breakfast with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean every morning. I strongly recommend staying here, it's far better than a resort. And if you want a hotel, there's one next door that's accommodating and has live entertainment a few nights, which was fun! Great walks along the beach front for miles too, or chairs in the sand were right near by. Recommended adventures: Rancho Grande horseback and BBQ dinner Show (good food nice people fun experience) Arta open market on Tuesday Fetget restaurant - Michelin Star restaurant - rural location, beautiful views of the ocean and country. Caves (less than 30 minutes south of Cala Millor) Leave Palma and really experience living on Mallorca here at this location.

We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment. When people strolled along the promenade or pathway, this was the property that caught everyone's eye being closest to the water and having a wonderful view of the promenade in both directions. The sound of the surf greets you each morning and is the best sound to fall asleep to. The large deck is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise and have sunshine through the afternoon as well. A great spot to enjoy a book or be entertained watching people strolling, cycling, swimming, surfing or riding horseback. If you enjoy being active all these options are right out your door. The place was very clean and functional. Christian and Sandra are wonderful hosts and were quick to look after anything we needed. Lots of shops to get groceries, beach gear or a momento from your stay. Very good restaurants are just a stroll away. Thanks Christian and Sandra for a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca.
