Stayed Jul 7, 2025We had a great stay! The location is simply wonderful. Beautiful views all around. Great equipped house (we loved that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine). Friendly guardian and owner. Lovely lake for swimming in the woods. Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the Italian countryside. Great location to explore Umbrian cities like Spoleto, spello and Assisi

Stayed Oct 11, 2022Possibly the prettiest location we have ever stayed. Very rustic, not overly well-equipped but it was fine for us, and well worth the cost. Notes were a little sketchy and we spent a couple of days acclimatising. Would have liked to have a chat with the owner about what was around etc., but he was away for most of our stay and the caretaker spoke little English.
