Panoramic apartment in an elegant Venetian 20th century building, private garden

Very good location for swimming at Lido while being close to Venice culture; very close to movie festival

The location is situated near at the Lido. For us, it was the optimal solution to combine culture and swimming.

The apartment was dusty and not clean. We did a lot of extra cleaning. In the end the owner said that we brought sand?! Into the apartment and wanted to charge for extra cleaning. I’ve never experienced such a thing. Totally unacceptable!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment on Lido Island near Venice! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we got great rest after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the space cool and comfortable even in the summer heat. The location on Lido Island was ideal—peaceful yet close enough to Venice for easy day trips. Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

A very beautiful charming apartment, quiet and very nice located, with perfect room for 6. A very kind and gentle host Girgio. We enjoyed the stay very much and will surely come back.

We had an amazing time staying on the Lido at this super authentic Venetian property. Lovely to be met by the owner Giorgio who was very welcoming and prompt with information before we arrived. The property was very stylish and the kitchen was modern and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet, only a 15 minute walk to the water bus, and the local supermarket was very well stocked. We hope to return sometime in the future.

I was attending a week long conference at the Palazzo del Casinò, and my family joined me for a holiday. This location was very close to the conference centre and provided access to everything Lido had to offer for my family. It's not far from the ferry port which provides excellent access to the centre of Venice. The building had an abundance of character and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Giorgio is an excellent host, and even managed to find an item we accidentally left behind. Two minor improvements would be, a note somewhere on the listing that there is no lift in the building, and just to make check in a little easier it would be useful to know which button to press on the gate rather than having to call Giorgio. Overall we would definitely recommend.
