This was perhaps the best view of the fireworks on New Years Eve throughout the whole city! Great location easy to walk to old town or the train station. Easy access to public transport, close by small grocery for needed items. Furnishing are a bit stark and dated, but the views make up for this. Amazing views!

Nice quiet location that is within walking distance of attractions and train station. Property has beautiful views. It would be amazing place to stay for fall/winter skiing. We were there during a heat wave in August and appreciated the fans (no AC). It had everything we needed with lots of space for family members to have some of their own space and alone time. There was construction going out outside on the street, however it did not cause much of a problem other than the taxi can’t pick up and drop off at the door. Nice place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Innsbruck. The apartment is large, easily accommodated our family of four (two adult sons, each had their own rooms). The master suite on the second floor was especially nice, spacious, roomy, large master bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and an in-unit clothes washer and dryer was awesome to have. Sleeping was great, we never heard each other - good sound insulation. All in all, a delightful place to stay for our family. There is a small grocery store just across the street, a larger one a short walk away. Restaurants nearby, easy to get to the tram for Nordkette (a must do!). Communication with the owner and property manager was flawless and responsive. One major downside for us: We were here during very hot weather (September). The apartment was stifling and with the huge skylight windows over much of the living room area, the sun was relentless. Thank goodness for the fans in every room, but we were still very uncomfortable. If you go during warm weather, this may not be the place for you. There is also a flight of stairs from the lobby to get to the elevator and a flight of stairs from the elevator landing to the apartment. The apartment is not right in the heart of the downtown and old town area, so many things you do will require a walk. The flip side to that is that it is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, which was nice. Finally, the apartment is a little worn, nothing major, but it doesn’t really show in the photos.

The views from this apartment were fabulous, we could hardly stop looking at sunrise, sunset and all times in between! The location is perfect and tram right across the street made everything easy access! Communication with the host was wonderful. Showing some signs of wear, but I'd definitely go again!
